U.S. city mandates climate-change health warning at every gas pump

Well, however well warning labels work -- or even if they do -- the city of Cambridge, Massachusetts, is about to see if it works for gas in the way I described it. According to The Guardian, every pump in the city will come with a sticker that warns you that you're killing the planet with each tank you fill.

The warning labels will read that burning fossil fuels has “major consequences on human health and the environment including contributing to climate change."

So, are there 'prop 65' labels on the pumps? If not, why not? SMDH! Climageddonists rear their braided hair heads again. Fidiots. Butt, mass.

It’s just the first step. They will raise taxes on gasoline such that only the wealthy can afford to drive as they please. Everyone else will have to be very, very deliberate about when and where they drive.

It’s become accepted practice foe the media to say “caused by global climate change” when they offer no proof. It’s all about indoctrination.

Someone should tell these jerks that there is no such thing as a fossil fuel. There is no evidence that plants and dinosaurs lived 40,000 feet below the earth’s surface. Furthermore, electric cars run on coal or nuclear. Electric car batteries are filled with toxic rare earth elements that when mined, pollute.

Decades ago I took a trip to Toronto. The cigarette packs all had a big warning on the back of the package that said “THESE WILL KILL YOU”.

I noticed it because everyone was smoking in the clubs and it was hard to not notice the “warning”.

SoCalGas considers methane a fossil fuel. How did those plants and dinosaurs get on Saturn’s moon Titan?

New Law Requires You To Listen To Greta Thunberg Lecture Before Purchasing Gasoline

October 7th, 2019

U.S.—A series of new bills working their way through state legislatures in New York, California, Oregon, Hawaii, and several other progressive states will require you to listen to a Greta Thunberg lecture before purchasing gasoline. Motorists will be required to watch a 20-minute lecture by the 16-year-old climate activist before they purchase gallons and gallons of harmful fossil fuels. “We want to make sure drivers are informed,” said California Governor Gavin Newsom, who says he will sign the bill into law.

Gas stations are a general menace. Think about all of the cigarettes and junk foods they sell as well.

So, are there 'prop 65' labels on the pumps?

Is that the Prop 65 "everything is deadly" law? With that, there is no way to tell the difference between an active and severe danger versus one lead solder point buried untouchably deep in the equipment. I especially like it on things like chainsaws where you are warned about a slight risk of cancer but ignore that it could chop your leg off.

Ohio's new gas pump label law is better. Somehow it got passed that pumps are now required to itemize the taxes on gas and diesel so you can see how much is fed and state tax vs. actual gasoline expense. Now maybe they can do that for alcohol and tobacco too.

From last March...

the state’s 24-cents-per-gallon gasoline and diesel taxes would increase by 5 cents and 9 cents, respectively.

Bet that info ain’t on the pumps...
