The knees of many posters must be damaged with so many knee jerk reactions. Yeah I know studying is hard.

“Working people” is the stupidest phrase I have ever heard. If you have a job, any job, you are a “working person.”

Death to Welfare chauvinists and free money advocates of all parties.

You appear to be a follower of the Scrooge-McConnell-Romney school of economics.

Instead of twisting your panties in a twit, just donate your $600 to FR. It will be useful and is needed.

Where were all of you populists back in 2008 when we had a worse systemic economic crisis and I was personally suffering?

2008? I was voting for John McCain. Little did I know a few years later he would be supporting Obama, colluding with Democrats to spy on POTUS and sinking Obamacare repeal.

Fast forward to 2020 and we have the GOP Senate colluding with Democrats to disenfranchise us all.

Yet still the armchair conservative doctrinaires haven’t learned a thing from the lessons China Mitch and his CCP owned GOP have taught us the past 4 years. This attitude perfectly illustrates why the GOP will never have a need to reform in a conservative manner.

Just how did you ‘suffer’ in 2008?

Right now, I see little businesses all over my region failing, and people losing jobs.

As Newt Gingrich said recently, the disaster of the past year has been the equivalent of WWII, in terms of urgency, for many Americans.

(I guess those are just ‘little people’ whom you don’t think much about.)

I agree. Bad tactical move by Mitch. Sometimes you have to make a retreat if you do not agree with the issue at hand.

This is “welfare chauvinism”: welfare for me, but not for thee.

YES! Welfare for my family and not Pakistan. Why is this so hard? Are with the United States of Pakistan? The Party of Lincoln is headed to the dust bin of history and yet still some cling to ossified dogma. Buy a clue before it’s to late. You can’t say you haven’t been warned.

Try studying the past 4 years. The GOP Senate has been an utterly failure in support of POTUS and the GOP agenda, enabled the Mueller coup and impeachment. They deserve in spades every bit of derision they get.

Can’t understand why anyone with sense would spend their money on this rag.

Well, when the next toilet paper shortage hits, the NY Times is always a good backup.

Question: “Why can’t politicians do anything right?”

Answer: It’s a mystery, but we have established it’s wise to never expect anything good from them and to plan accordingly.

Question: “Why can’t politicians do anything right?”

Answer: Garbage In, Garbage Out. If you have stupid citizens, you get stupid politicians.

Hey Mitch, why didn’t you block the vote on the first Bill?

If you hated things in it, why did you send it to Trump?

[If so, Mitch just lost Georgia.]

I’d blame Kemp’s lockdowns, not Mitch. Yes - the same Kemp who won’t go to bat over election fraud, and might have facilitated it.

[If you run a delivery company, and someone blocks your delivery trucks from getting out of your company’s garage for a week, they owe you compensation for the revenue that you lost during that week because of their action.]

Why blame Mitch? Kemp, the GA governor aiding and abetting election fraud, not Mitch, is locking down Georgia.

To bitch about 600 or 2,000 going to American citizens, while spending millions upon millions in other countries, is absurd.

How about a constitutional amendment that forbades the use of American tax dollars anywhere outside the United States.

Nothing should be spent on foreigners except the cost of a postage stamp to send a letter that says FO.
