If she admits that she cannot even do the MOST BASIC duty of being a Mayor, which is to bring peace and order, then the most decent and honorable thing to do is to STEP DOWN and let somebody who can and will do the job take over.

Make the punishment something a criminal wants to avoid at all costs.
First Offense: 10 years, hard labor and the same food every day for the entire sentence (dog food is good enough for rover, so it’s good enough for a criminal.)
Second Offense. same as first offense, but without shelter from the weather.
Third Offense: execution.

How to fix? Start by arresting, charging, convicting, and jailing folks. Next, simply shoot looters. Make clear that criminal behavior will not be tolerated.

No, they are moving to the city too. Peolle with momey buying anywhere they can in the city of Atlanta. In the middle of what use to be a bad area you will have some old houses then a million dollar mega house. Its been making property value go up and forcing people out. Luxury Town homes and apartments are springing up right now in Chosewood and People’s town of all places. The area by the Ga State Football Stadium is developing with luxury apartments and stores. The area in Atlanta called Pittsburgh, if you saw it before check it out now, the new houses the construction, the commercial on the otherside by the beltline. Atlanta is killing it. Crime may have gone up last year but overall it has to have been cut in half over the last 4 years.
Who votes for these people?
