How do we prevent child abuse?
First, we have to stop racism.
But children are most always abused by parents of the same race.
The first step to stopping racism is categorize everyone by race, and make sure everyone acknowledges their race, and the race of everyone else. We must recognize the differences between races.

I have to admit their solution to this problem was 180 degrees from what I expected. I assumed they would focus on taking more white children from their families. But instead they elected to leave abused black children with their abusers.
