I guess that means the $600. per person is a “done deal”. The “Impoundment Control Act of 1974” only allows for attempted “claw backs” not “add-ons”.

$2000 direct bill has been building in the news since yesterday, a Democrat House Member said there were votes for it.
This headline is misleading. Apparently he redlined out the pork and indicated sections he would approve but insisted Americans receive $2000.
Then he signed a temp measure to avert govt shutdown.
New media ran with the story that he signed the $600 COVID bill.
That’s what I glean so far, could be wrong but I always wait hours to get an accurate picture and usually wait 24 hrs to get the final picture.
