White people are discriminated against every day on the basis of race. That is what affirmative action and its various permutations under other terminologies is all about. Discrimination against white and asian people is endemic. It is the only form of racial discrimination now legal in the U.S.

Institutionalized discrimination against whites (especially males) is rampant when it comes to getting scholarships/grants to college. There are many sources of free money whites are not allowed to apply for, due to their skin color. On the other hand, there are no WHITE ONLY scholarships/grants available.
We already are when people of color are getting jobs based on their color; and if denied they claim racism.

rktman, there are sooooo much anti-white racism and bigotry that has gone on so long it is now beginning to become institutionalized.
Recent case in point (by no means the only one) Cornell University officially requires all students coming back next semester to get a flu shot (to prevent covid! really).
However, if you are black or ‘Indigenous’ people, you are exempt. Clear racism.
Now that we’re on the subject, how many corporations fired the white boy only to immediately replace them with ‘people of color’, mostly from India? What’s more, many times whitey had to train his replacement before leaving the company!
They are right now you dumb pluck.

When I applied for salesman job at Radio Shack I was told the exam was “race normed.” That was 30 years ago. White people have been discriminated against for a long time.
