This will be a weekly post.
Count is now 234 judges confirmed.
3 Trade Court judges
234 District Court judges
54 Circuit Court judges
3 Supreme Court justices
There are three nominees on the Senate floor awaiting a vote. All other nominees will expire with the Congress.
Sorry Mitch. You have betrayed us.
To quote Hillary, “What difference at this point does it make?”. These judge appointments were the hallmark of Trump’s tenure, but these people have all proven to be cowards, betraying us and him at every turn.
We no longer have justice in this country.
What difference does it make. 3 supreme courts picks haven’t made a difference, neither does any of the other picks. We are done.
The most judges in one term in recent history. Not counting founders.
If these judges are ANYTHING like Barrett, Kavanaugh and Gorsuch,we are screwed.
They are REALLY McConnell choices.
at this point...hard to see the difference between a Federal Judge in White Suit versus one in a Black suit.
they dress them up for all of us...distraction-while they’re put in place only for certain key business and political rulings which need to favor the UniParty-CCP bloc.
whether one dons a White Suit or Black suit has nothing to do with immunity against lead or silver
Judge confirmed? Zzzzzzz.....
Since taking office, President Donald Trump (R) has nominated 274 individuals to federal judgeships, 234 of whom have been confirmed. There were 60 vacancies in the federal judiciary, as of December 1, 2020. Of those vacancies, 48 had pending nominations.
Judge appointments by other presidents:
Article III judges serve on courts authorized by Article III of the Constitution, which created and enumerated the powers of the judiciary. They are appointed for life terms. A vacancy occurs when a judge resigns, retires, takes senior status, or passes away.
There are three key steps in the vacancy process: a U.S. Senate committee hearing, a vote by a U.S. Senate committee, and a confirmation vote by the U.S. Senate.
These judges are appointed for life terms, but based on the number of appointments since Carter, over a typical 8-year span, 46% of them retire.
They must have super-cushy retirement benefits.
But we can get standing in any court of law...
I meant to say could not get standing.
Well, it is a hope. But, if nothing is done about voter fraud, I will never vote again. Why bother? I know . . . that is what the Communists want: demoralization. But, if nothing is done, the Bolsheviks win, and I become a man without a country.
Our welfare to the highest bidder
I’ve already cancelled my registration. I won’t participate in a sham. I don’t see it as demoralization as recognizing the reality that we can’t save (or restore) a country through politics or the legal system. We are fighting on the tyrants choice of field by doing that. Recognizing that reality is an important step...don’t waste time, money and energy on what will always fail. The only way back to a Republic is through the method used to create one in the first place. That is where our resources and energy should be directed.
. . . and in the meantime when the brownshirts show up to escort me to a re-education camp?
Get small and stay quiet. Be easy to overlook. Stay away from “the grid” wherever you can. We are going to have to be like the small mammals in the age of Dinosaurs. Eventually our asteroid will come.
