Pence May Reject Biden’s Fraudulent Electors
Ugh. Grasping at straws.
VP PENCE HAS NO CHOICE BUT TO REJECT THESE VOTES, ITS HIS CONSTITUTIONAL JOB...
The theory here is that contested states like Georgia or Pennsylvania may send two sets of electors on January 6. One set of electors will of course have the fraudulent votes based on illegal balloting.
The second set of electors may be from the GOP party and they may deliver electoral votes for President Trump.
So. The question is who does the president of the Senate, Mike Pence, recognize?
“Keep fighting! Trump certainly is.”
Absolutely. But this was a speculative answer that Pence “may” act.
They are pushing hard as Rudy Giuliani said there’s potential action by the Arizona legislature to undo the certification there. They appear to be a little short but it’s in play.
Georgia is getting a lot of pressure. The state Senate issued a Judiciary report all but damning the election there and saying they need to act on it.
Wisconsin is being hunted right now as they have a team out to identify where all the illegal absentee ballots were coming from and it’s a serious operation.
President Trump isn’t giving up. He’s not bending at all. His efforts are continuing and they are fighting the election theft.
Stand up FRiends.
These states changed their election laws without going through the legislature. Every vote from these states is illegal, and every elector.
I will just go on record now saying it will never happen
This is Pence we are talking about ..but maybe I will be pleasantly surprised.
How many times does it have to be pointed out that Pence does not have the authority to choose which electors he counts. The only ones with the ability to challenge and reject electors are the House and Senate and both have to agree to reject them.
We’ll find out what Pence is made of soon enough.
Honestly expect another backstabbing.
Keep fighting, but also be wary of more betrayals.
Powder dry, eyes open.
Kate Smith still not heard from.
we’re obviously out of good ideas, and we’re down to crap like this.
I have never trusted Mike Pence.
He is a company man.
I hope he proves me wrong.
The Qtards say Pence is a bad guy.
That means Pence will opt to crawl into a secret tunnel and beat up
some babies to harvest Adrenochromes while he worships Satan.
Trust the Plan.
Compare when Lincoln was reelected in 1864, any electoral votes of the Confederate States were ignored.
"As the Civil War was still raging, no electoral votes were counted from any of the eleven southern states that had joined the Confederate States of America." —1864 United States presidential election.
Also, before patriots go to DC for January 6 protest, please consider participating in the following. It's a White House petition to help keep Trump in Oval Office.
I believe Pence has enough backbone.
I’m no Constitutional scholar, but it seems to me that have have Checks and Balances.
Executive Branch
Legislative Branch
Judicial Branch
States
They each have a sphere in which they have power. But no piece has dictatorial power and each piece can be blocked by another piece.
The VP is part of the Executive Branch and also President of the Senatorial piece of the Legislative Branch. He is not a puppet. On the contrary, he is a substantial figure within the government under certain circumstances.
The States are certifying fraudulent votes. I certainly think it is appropriate for the President of the Senate to raise a hand and say, “I do not accept these votes”.
I think it is a serious miscalculation for anyone to say “He can’t do that. He has to accept them.” No. Pence has the power to Check. He provides the function of balance.
Current precedent is that the Supreme Court would not have standing to decide the issue. It’s inherently a “political question,” since the 12th Amendment gives plenary, final authority to Pence to count the Electoral votes, and gives Congress the sole power to object to Pence’s count (and defines the only way such an objection can be handled, which does not involve going to court.)
See Nixon v. United States, 1993.

Doubtful this will happen. The Constitution already has a process in place for challenging and removing electors, and it doesn’t involve the vice president.
