Sen. Rand Paul rejected the idea that courts have "decided the facts" on the integrity of November's presidential election.
“The courts have not decided the facts,” Paul said Wednesday during a hearing on the integrity of the 2020 election. “The courts never looked at the facts. The courts don’t like elections, and they stayed out of it by finding an excuse.”
Paul pointed out while speaking with former special counsel Ken Starr that 60 court cases involving voter fraud claims in the election were thrown out for procedural reasons, which Starr agreed with, saying that the “vast majority” were thrown out for procedural reasons rather than merit.
Paul also called on state legislatures to “reaffirm” that election law can only be changed by state legislatures, and he suggested that hearings should take place in the future to listen to state legislators and make sure that is happening.
The Kentucky Republican told Starr that this legal aspect should be heard by the courts and stated that roughly two dozen states made changes to when and how ballots are counted against the will of state legislatures.
Starr said election laws were “flagrantly violated” in Pennsylvania, which President Trump’s legal team has vehemently argued, and Paul agreed with that assessment.
“The legal question there is a very easy one to decide,” Paul said. “Even as a physician, I can figure out that the secretary of state cannot create law.”
He added: “I think there is a lot of work to be done.”

Standing is a threshold issue that is addressed before the merits can be considered, like jurisdiction. A finding of no standing means the court won’t take the case. There was not a ruling on whether or not there was fraud. That didn’t stop the media from saying the court found there was no fraud. That is a lie.

The only difference between now and the same game 50 years ago, is now we see it. The government has been "dark" to use your shorthand, for more than a hundred years. It's a playthinhg for the aristocrat class.

That and they let me use “real” language.
If courts, legislators, and electors claim there is “No evidence..” it’s because they are refusing to look for evidence. I hope that there will be some national forum before January 20th presenting the election fraud.
If it’s a done deal as the RINOS say, let’s review the evidence and let the chips fall where they may. I’m genuinely anxious to hear the explanation for Atlanta’s Black Desk/Ballot incident and a rebuttal to Dr. Linda Lee Tarver’s assessment of Detroit’s chronic election malfeasance.

The media are the problem. They sanitize everything. They ridicule anyone who objects and must surely coordinate.
Every article “unsubstantiated claims..” etc.
This is an enormously powerful narrative and people accept the media’s assumptions especially when they’re all saying the same thing!

This is what they are doing. Refusing to hear the cases so they don’t have to look at the evidence. If they see it then they have to do something about it.
That increasing split between perceived realities is what is driving us toward Civil War.
