‘The governors’ edicts are not laws.’
you’re drawing a distinction without a difference...an ‘edict’ which is aggressively enforced by moral suasion (try going into a public place unmasked, and watch weasly employees and customers descend on you) is every bit as onerous as any duly legislated ‘law...’
‘State constitutions need to be amended ASAP to prevent this crap from every happening again.’
ha ha...’crap like this’ is what causes governments to salivate like a Pavlov dog...
Someone should tell this parrot-beaked dwarf that if his ancestors had the same risk tolerance as he does right now, he’d still be a spaghetti-bending peasant back in the old country instead of a medical doctor in the U.S.
‘This is another of Trumps mistakes.’
Trump’s error was entrusting Mike Pence, who lost control of the narrative early on, to coordinate the response...
The moral suasion of which human subset?
I would love to see Trump do a big, dramatic, publicly humiliating firing of this jerk. Ain’t gonna happen, but I can dream.
Which states have passed lockdown laws? Mask laws

In Wisconsin, the State Supreme Court twice ruled the governor’s edicts unconstitutional. People voluntarily isolated and masked, anyway.
We have no foundational law any longer. Every commie just ignores them.
We should, too. Keep notes when commies violate and get a pass. Use that when at trial to assert unequal protection.
It might work.
Obviously , ALL of his children are grown & away from home....
Would he have done anything like “Cancel Christmas” to them when they were young????
Oh no. I guess is should have checked with the doctor before my two adult kids came from their homes and jumped in the car with us for a quick trip from Maryland to Florida to see my mom and her husband.
Maybe I’ll call him Tuesday when we drive up to Michigan to see my other kids.
Or maybe I’ll do what I want.
Yeah. Until next year. When Biden/Harris take the oath of office. Then we’ll lucky to celebrate Christmas.
Lately I have been wearing my mask on my chin when shopping. No one has said a word. In Walmart I even engaged with two workers while looking for something specific and neither said anything to me.
The sign says I must wear a mask to enter, it doesn’t say I have to keep it on to shop:)
Perfect, LOL.
