Yet crapping in the street is just fine and dandy.
Use the street!
But if someone does go in, don’t call the police on them.
Call them on yourself for letting them in.
If I were a New York restaurant-owner, I would be delighted that the silly rules were dropped.

Want to visit Hell on Earth? Go to New York or California.
Cuomo likes crapping on people.
It's time to stop begging our rulers for mercy. Only massive resistance and civil disobedience will get their attention.
State Liquor Authority
How will this work out at the Giants game this weekend?
At some point, people need to simply stop listening to these morons and their idiotic diktats.
Liberals don’t like the Govt bring in your bedroom. They are fine with it being in your bathroom, though.
And, to be honest, it’s almost the perfect place for them.
So outdoor diners can get coffee, tea and even liquor served to them, but no matter how much liquid and stimulants they eat there, they cannot go to the restroom.
The city ought to either rent port-a-potties, at taxpayers expense, stationed outside any outdoor restaurant that remains open, or the city should cancel its rule that prevents any restaurant from having its restrooms open to customers.
And, it is always up to the customer to take their own hygiene actions to help insure a restroom will not be a place they pick up a virus. If I need to explain the kind of steps needed, the kind of steps the customer can take, then the reader needs to go look them up somewhere on the web.
Cuomo has lost his mind, if he ever had one. This guy is dangerous.
This is all about humiliating their presumed subjects now. Bullying, plain and simple.
Cuomo and De Blasio are laughing themselves hoarse every time they come up with one of these edicts and people follow it in the name of “safety” and “science.”
Wait til they tell New Yorkers to wear their underwear on the outside.
Ignore him.
Coo-Mo is just trying to out-tyrant Newsom the Vile in the national Best Tyrant of 2020 competition.
Will the last one in NYC please turn out the lights.
The man is driven by delusions of grandeur. I hope he’s physically put down.
Time for deliveries to the Guv & Hizzoner.
The city wanted to appear extra firm and authoritarian with the phrase “for any reason” and no one objected from draft to copy to review to approval. Oh - the plebes need bathrooms? Oops.
Burning bags on Cuomo’s porch.
