3 results in a precinct, a loser, a winner, and 3pCandidate.

loser is given an exact number, always a constant (KEY)

-then the precinct has a leftover set to assign

winner is given a minimum number,

3pCandidate = 0

the leftover set is split between;

winner is tabulated to beat loser,

3pCandidate gets some of the leftover

so: winner > loser > 3pCandidate

Remember that — Intended Loser to Total Ratio?

That is what they find in concurrent timestamps,
the ratio is transferring from precinct to precinct.

Well, mostly they just create a false error and allow the ballot result to be edited without any audit trail.

The secondary effect is the actual vote switching.

It deserves more attention: it's a highly professional exposé of events of the last few days -- with a big focus on the Michigan Dominion voting machine fraud.

The narrator is Roman Balmakov, the spokesguy of Epoch Times. The video shows Roman on the streets of DC interview people -- and the guy's very handsome with his glasses off. He's not a geek as the Epoch Times ads make him out to be.
