With time running out for President Trump, attorney Sidney Powell is raising the option for the commander in chief to invoke his 2018 executive order concerning foreign interference in U.S. elections.
The order, signed by Trump on Sept. 12, 2018, states "not later than 45 days after the conclusion of a United States election, the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate executive departments and agencies (agencies), shall conduct an assessment of any information indicating that a foreign government, or any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, has acted with the intent or purpose of interfering in that election."
Powell told the Epoch Times the evidence of foreign interference is "more than sufficient to trigger" the order, providing the president "all kinds of power ... to do everything from seize assets to freeze things, demand the impoundment of the [voting] machines."
"Under the emergency powers, he could even appoint a special prosecutor to look into this, which is exactly what needs to happen," Powell continued.
"Every machine, every voting machine in the country should be impounded right now. There's frankly more than enough criminal probable cause to justify that, for anybody who's willing to address the law and the facts purely on the basis of truth and not politics, or corporate greed, or global wealth."

The big gun in the PA litigation asked that all mail-in ballots be discarded. The lawsuit did not allege fraud. Here is the text of the PA Supreme Court opinion.
There were other lawsuits as well, but I don’t think any of them sought to overturn the results due to fraud. I think there was one lawsuit that sought an order compelling precincts to allow GOP observers. But that lawsuit did NOT seek to overturn the results. It just wanted observer access.

I have a theory, and just gauging by the trolling I’ve seen on social media. When the first cases were filed, there was a HUGE push (in addition to the “the claims about election are disputed”) to discredit and make fun of the lawyers. I mean, it was day one, across all social media and all forums I visit. Very coordinated. It was an obvious attempt to deflect and discourage people from reading what evidence they were presenting. Fortunately most FReepers are smarter than that.
I think that is part of narrative, which we know they love to control. I know they knew Trump was going to fight if he lost, they even said that before the election. They were already conditioning people to believe Trump was going to be a sore loser. Psyops.
Powell is the Avenatti of the right. She’s a tool that ultimately distracted everyone away from the real court challenges files.

It all comes down to no judge wants to be the one who struck the match that the dems used to burn the country down.
Sidney Powell has been risking it all fighting for the future of this Republic. The naysayers are doing nothing but making a$$es out of themselves. Free Republic has been inundated with a bunch of trolling newbies who are working together to denigrate the sincere efforts of true patriots. They should all be ashamed.
