ATLANTA (AP) — President Donald Trump has lost his latest legal challenge seeking to overturn Georgia’s election results, with the state Supreme Court’s rejection late Saturday of a case from Trump’s campaign and Georgia Republican Party Chairman David Shafer.
The suit - similar to other Trump team legal challenges, which made baseless allegations of widespread fraud in Georgia’s presidential election - was initially filed Dec. 4, then rejected by the Fulton County Superior Court because the paperwork was improperly completed and it lacked the appropriate filing fees.
The case was subsequently appealed directly to the state Supreme Court, asking justices to consider the case before Monday’s meeting of the Electoral College. In a brief order, justices wrote that “petitioners have not shown that this is one of those extremely rare cases that would invoke our original jurisdiction.”

It amazes me at just how totally corrupt our country has become, totally.
Well on the bright side there is the report that is due 45 days after the election, that makes it due Wednesday.
Me too. I remember being surprised.
I think the FBI and DOJ have no jurisdiction in this matter, I think it’s an MI task that is in progress.
I've noticed that. I think he's not going to invoke it in order to be inaugurated. I think a lot is going to depend on Mike Pence, and the GOP in Congress. If everything goes well and he IS able to serve his 2nd term, this EO is how he drains the swamp starting in '21. I hope.

This kind of blatant editorializing is commonplace now. The news media is just another failed institution.
EXACTLY
X & O. On to the Supreme Court. Glad they didn’t waste much time on
Gee, funny that the same politicians and judges that shy away from correcting the greatest political crime in history, because to do so might “disenfranchise” a few legitimate voters, have no problem locking down the entire country on speculation that someone somewhere might transmit the China virus. No problem there destroying the lives of millions in order to speculatively try to save one or two somewhere.
“This is really looking like everyone has been bought, blackmailed or threatened.”
A few million Chinese infiltrators work wonders. I got my first voicemail this morning in Mandarin. Not a clue what they said.
Don’t know if law enforcement would or could put it down.
Black robes yellow stripe
Too big to fail.
That was a MSM lie, see post 25
He tweeted he already started. Maybe that is some of the “leaks” we are seeing.
No judge wants to die at the hands of the mob.
Well, this settles it then. If there is just no such thing possible as voter fraud. Then look out for 2024.
My prediction is here will be over 500 Million votes cast nationwide for president.
After all, calling voter fraud is 100% impossible.
Did you imagine they went to all this trouble, gaining the willing cooperation of almost all elected Republicans, and didn't bother to lock down the courts?
Even if Trump totally fails in the courts. Trump has four paths to victory that I’m aware of. next one coming up watch for the office of DNI report out in a few days. This is critical for all other paths.
