Sidney Powell said her secret witness who can prove the election was stolen from President Trump was a former military intelligence official in court filings, but that's apparently inaccurate.
Powell, a former federal prosecutor, has told the courts she wants to seal "Spider's" identity (sometimes referred to as "Spyder"), whom she said was an electronic intelligence analyst for the Arizona-based 305th Military Intelligence Battalion. "Spider," however, never completed the entry-level training course, said Meredith Mingledorff, a spokeswoman for the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence, the Washington Post reported.
Even with her request to hide her witness's name, one of her filings showed “Spyder’s” legal name to be Joshua Merritt, and he’s a 43-year-old information technology consultant in Texas.
Merritt confirmed his work with Powell and maintained that he did graduate from the intelligence training program, even though Mingledorff said, “He kept washing out of courses” and that “he’s not an intelligence analyst.”
By his own account, he was a trainee in the program for less than a year over 15 years ago. He also said that Powell’s characterization of him as a military intelligence officer is misleading because he was a student at the time.

So this claim is investigated, bubba wallace get 15 fbi agents and yet the media is blind to the election fraud just occurring..
I’m flummoxed..
The extent of WE’s investigative journalism.
“Time to move on”, right, WE?
So....?
Okay. Fair enough. How did you come about that information, Rectal Examiner? Some Deep State operative spoon feeds you something and you run with it? Or did you actually look into it yourselves?
> “but that’s apparently inaccurate.”
Now how would Mike Brest know this? Let’s take a look-see.
> “never completed the entry-level training course, said Meredith Mingledorff, a spokeswoman for the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence, the Washington Post reported.”
Uh-Oh WAPO.
Mike been using hearsay from garbage source.
Shame on you Mike.
The Army added “Center of Excellence” onto the names of all their branch qualification schools a couple if decades ago.
“Arizona-based 305th Military Intelligence Battalion”
As I reported - with my own research - some time ago, to start with the 305th Military Intelligence Battalion is not an operational intelligence collecting/performing battalion.
That battalion’s military mission is TRAINING. They train troops for two military intelligence jobs. They do not collect or perform “intelligence” in any operational sense.
Wow, Sidney was lying? That seems so unlikely. She appears to be so stable and intelligent.
“By his own account, he was a trainee in the program ...”
So he did not misrepresent himself.
Premise of the article Is false.
When they have to resort to poorly constructed ad hoc they are desperate.
Times like this really show the liberal disrupters, coronal.
Don’t you know it’s bad manner to interrupt a good conspiracy theory.
“Meredith Mingledorff, a spokeswoman for the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence
Ummmmm Center of Excellence? That sounds fake as hell”
All the Army training bases have the label “Center of Excellence”... Even Fort Lost in The Woods and Fort Relaxin’ Jackson have it.
>said Meredith Mingledorff, a spokeswoman for the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence, the Washington Post reported.
US Army spokesperson?
This one says she’s a Air Force reservist.

I still say it sounds flaky
About 10 years ago everything in the government was declared a center of excellence. Write a memo about a “center” get a senior official to sign and endorse it now it’s a “Center of Excellence”.
