Suzanne Guy and her neighbors hold the future of the United States in their hands.
Mrs. Guy lives in Georgia, where two Senate races to be decided in January will determine the direction of the country.
“Who would have thought that our state would be the epicenter of all this,” said Mrs. Guy, a pro-life activist who lives in Marietta. “Never in a million years would I have thought it would come to this.”
As everyone by now knows, the outcome of the Georgia elections will determine control of the U.S. Senate. Republicans need at least one candidate – either Sen. Kelly Loeffler or Sen. David Perdue – to emerge victorious, securing the GOP’s majority. Democrats would need both challengers, Rev. Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff, to win, giving the body a 50-50 split. If Joe Biden is ultimately declared the winner of the presidential race, his vice president, Kamala Harris, would then be the tie-breaking vote in the Senate.
With control of both houses of Congress, the Democrats would waste no time rolling out their radical agenda, with nothing to stop them but the federal courts, which they are planning to “reform.”
Mrs. Guy has been an outspoken advocate for the unborn since doctors insisted she abort her daughter at 24 weeks when it was discovered there was no amniotic fluid surrounding the baby.
“I always said I was pro-life but it wasn’t until we had doctors insisting we kill our child” that she realized how precarious the right to life is for the unborn.
The most radical of the Democrats want to move the United States to socialized medicine. If that were to happen, if the government literally holds the purse strings on our healthcare, it’s not far-fetched to imagine a day when couples like the Guys would be denied healthcare if they refused to abort their child.
“Government funded healthcare may sound compassionate, but it ends up being the opposite. Judges make cold decisions about the lives of children according to whether or not they will be a burden on the state,” Celine Ryan wrote in Human Events last year. “When the government controls healthcare, it controls healthcare decisions.”
The Guys’ daughter Rachel was born at 26 weeks and spent the first five months of her life in the hospital. Would she have been considered a burden on the state? Absolutely. Instead, at 22, she is “a force for life,” knocking on doors in Georgia to ask people how they feel about aborting late-term babies who feel pain and letting people know where the candidates stand.
Life for the unborn would get much more hazardous if the Democrats win both Senate races. The party of death would finally be able to pass the Women’s Health Protection Act, which would overturn nearly all federal and state laws that protect the unborn and their mothers.
Parental consent laws? Gone.
Gestational limits on abortion? History.
Conscience protections for healthcare workers? Extinct.
By repealing the Hyde Amendment, something the Democrats are already working on, every U.S. taxpayer would be forced to foot the bill for abortion.
Things will not be quite so dire if President Trump emerges the rightful victor of the November election, but his hands would be tied if the House and Senate were dominated by Democrats.
We can be sure that every one of his judicial and agency nominees would be blocked, not because they are unqualified, but because he chose them. Legislation introduced by Republicans in the House and Senate – like the Born-Alive Unborn Child Protection Act - would never make it out of committee.
We will be a nation on legislative lockdown at least for two years, until voters have another chance to vote the Democrats out.
Mrs. Guy understands the stakes very well and is doing everything she can to ensure Georgians vote for life. She’s involved in recruiting people to knock on doors and has organized a “Get Out the Vote Pro-Life Rally” Dec. 19 in Marietta, featuring Priests for Life’s Alveda King.
“I have faith in my great state,” Mrs. Guy said. “I feel like Georgia is the example of pro-life in our nation. But people of faith must get out to vote. Silence in the face of evil is evil itself.”
My water had broken and my husband drove me to the dispensary.
The stupid medic instead of calling the doctor send me home and told me that I probably wet the bed and told me to come back in the morning at 9:00 am and see the doctor. Which I did. But get this the doctor was just as stupid as the medic because he obviously never heard of babies being born premature.
No your baby is not due, it won't come and he send me back home. I laid on the couch and was full of pain. Our son was almost 1 year old and could not even change the poor boy's diaper.
In the evening my husband took me back to the Dispensary and the doctor called a helicopter to medivac me to the hospital which was over 50 miles away, and while he was seeing that the baby baby was ready to come to come out, he still did not believe it.
They brought me through the door door and there she was. They called a Priest and she received a emergency Baptism.
Now several month before , my husband and I were both laying in bed and I told him the baby is going to be a little girl who will be born premature but will not live.
Not if the voting system is compromised along with corrupt politicians leading the state - namely Gov. Kemp and his Chinese counterpart Brad Raffensperger.
We are the SSR of Georgia.
The vote fraud was primarily and logistically accomplished by a fraction of the Ag. citizens.
If it was MY state and as an honest voter, (Liberal or NOT) Id be screaming my head off. WHERE is the average guy in GA?
Very sad story. Prayers for you and your family.
Watch them flush the US down the Toilet
No, actually the Divine Providence of God Almighty holds the future of the United States in His Hands and declares her future bright and blessed.
The Republicans need to be fiercely aggressive throughout this election. Anything less spells doom for the nation.
The state that just partook in massive election fraud.
You mean the fraud that could not be proved in a court of law or not brought to the courts attention because the lawyers took another route?
What a heart-breaking story, but thank you for sharing it with us, and I’m sorry that you experienced the pain of losing a child. It brought tears to my eyes, as I have two grown sons, one who went through cancer surgery and chemo last year. God bless you and your family.
So you're expecting a miracle to occur.
God favors those who actively seek justice. Pray yes, but then get off your ass and do something. Otherwise all of your solemn prayers are seen as mocking God’s providential plans. It’s time to fight.
“You mean the fraud that could not be proved in a court of law or not brought to the courts attention because the lawyers took another route?
I mean the fraud hawkaw.
Why wouldn't they?
It's not as if there is any downside or negative repercussions to their criminal maneuvers.
Sorry for your loss.
My story had a better ending. I was born 4 weeks early in 1950 in a small town. The nurse told my mother that I probably wouldn’t live, but I did. And though I’ve had major health problems I’m now 70.
I think the future is actually on a thumb drive in some Georgia election official's pocket.
From what I remember about Atlanta, if Georgia holds our future in their hands, we’re in big trouble.
Spot on crooks always go for a bigger crime when nothing can stop them.
Made guys in Mafia wink.
Not so clear Georgians get to save our republic. The D’s are massing bus loads of people from other states to vote in Georgia. All paid fir and given scripts and GA accommodation addresses
For some reason, these two candidates have decided to not get involved in the Georgia election controversy. They seem to think their best path to victory is by ignoring it and campaigning as normal. If only elections were won by the amount of junk mail...
They may find out they chose the wrong strategy.
