Yes.

States and individuals in other states.

Taxes paid to the alliance.

Fed government can negotiate if they want it used for any given purpose.

Non-violent civil disobedience with alternate representation structure.

We do not recognize authority of election fraud government.

Does everyone know that Texas has the right to split itself up into as many as 5 separate states? It was agreed to at the time Congress admitted Texas as a state. It’s the only state that has the right to do this.

Imagine if Texas was able to split into 5 red states. That’s 10 senators in Congress instead of 2.

>>I would be happy to move to a red state if I thought we could form our own constitutional republic<<

Consider this. Texas currently has the 10th largest economy in the world. We have oil/gas reserves, two large ports taking in millions of tons of trade, we are not land locked and enjoy all the benefits of the ocean.

Texas was once it's own country. We are the only state in the union with our flag flying at the same height as the stars and stripes...because we were once a nation.

Thousands of acres of rich farm land, cattle/livestock, border Mexico in which can facilitate world trade as well. We would be in control of our borders..not the federal government..so illegal immigration will be severely curtailed.

If I remember my Texas history correct, the Texas constitution left open the door for succession. We also have our own version of the 2nd amendment, although was trampled during reconstruction...it is now back in totality.

I am in full support of Texas succession from the union.

DO IT!!!!!

I am with you Texas and with all the states that supported you and would enjoin.

If TX, LA, AL, MS, MO, FL, and all the mid west states closed off all the oil and refining capabilities, what does anyone here think would happen?

BTW, the Mississippi River is the central hub for commerce in the mid west.

Texas has found it’s leader in Col. Allen West. Now it’s time to start pounding secession into the heads of the Texas Legislature before their January 2021 scheduled session.

the quest for the mythical “standing” goes on.

does secession have standing? yes. by definition, i guess it has.

May God bless Texas and all the constitutional states.

Damp heat here.

I went to my officers basic in San Antonio. Pulled in at 2 in the afternoon in early Septembet, unpacked and went for a run.

The next morning some people behind me, who were from the upper Midwest were talking about that idiot running at 3pm. Being from SC it felt good to me!

It was agreed to at the time Congress admitted Texas as a state. It’s the only state that has the right to do this.

At the time it was admitted Texas could have split into five states but once it was admitted as a single entity is stays a single state unless Congress gives its approval - Article IV, Section 3.

I’ve been behind enemy lines so long I see no need to change now. Besides, living in a blue state means a target-rich environment.
