Fox news:
155, ORIG. TEXAS V. PENNSYLVANIA, ET AL. The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot. Statement of Justice Alito, with whom Justice Thomas joins: In my view, we do not have discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction. See Arizona v. California, 589 U. S. ___ (Feb. 24, 2020) (Thomas, J., dissenting). I would therefore grant the motion to file the bill of complaint but would not grant other relief, and I express no view on any other issue.
No, the states have to follow the US Constitution.
The rogue states did not in making electoral changes.
THAT is what Texas sued for and 19 other states.
The USSC is supposed to support and defend and apply the US Constitution.
They just stated that they don’t care about the USC and that leftists in the states can do whatever they want to empower communists.
That is what has happened.
That and institutionalizing whatever voter fraud the communists can come up with.
Twitters days are numbered...short
He said “My ways are not your ways, your thoughts not My thoughts”

Amen!
I don't know if it's a pipe dream, but moving forward, I'd like to see conservative states begin secession movements. Texas leading the way.
We just can't live peacefully with these leftist any longer. They are brutal, violent and delusional. They are tolerant, pro-choice, accepting...until you disagree with them. They then come after you.
Let the leftist drown in their socialism. Why should we suffer any longer having these leftist steal our freedom, livelihood, retirements, security.
I will be hounding my state lawmakers here in Texas to consider moving toward this goal.
>>> Weren’t those 4 states supposed to respond by yesterday or next Thursday?
It was THIS thursday... and they DID respond.
Their response was that Texas did not have standing.
They were apparently right.
SCOTUS had no business teasing us with that demand for a response... but they are saying that everything they did was a technical requirement to go through the motions because one state sued another.
Don’t be a Debbie Downer.
We're being backed into a corner, though. We will have the choice of accepting the yoke or fighting back. The rule of US law is now dead for all to see. Election rigging is now legal, and for the second time a non-eligible candidate has been elected to President/Vice-President, and foreign spies can openly bribe and blackmail our legislators at the state and Federal level. It won't stop there.
What do we do?
OK then. From now on just cheat in elections. Cheat like there’s no tomorrow. The penalties are light and that’s only if/when they actually care to investigate.
Stuff ballot boxes
Do not report how many ballots you have until after Democrat strongholds report 100%.
Ballot harvest
Get our operatives in charge of the counting
Throw out Democrat poll watchers
Administratively cancel Democrat votes
Just win at all costs. There are no laws. It’s only about obtaining and holding power.
That is how you win
Register every single dead person, cow, cat, dog, chicken, blade of grass in your counties and make sure they get their mail in ballots.
Every republican Georgia should report a 10000% turnout with 2 million republican ballots each.
Anyone questions it, tell them they are sore losers and disenfranchising voters of these counties.
That is how we win.
This is also how we get the left to stop cheating.
Once they lose elections to cheating, voter ID will be their thing....
Texas didn’t when 70/30 or even 60/40.
They wont by SIX point.
Almost half the state will not want to secede.
This isn’t the 1860s.
Bottom line is all these places and offices derive their power from the states and the people
If they are not going to use that power
It reverts back to the people to fix the mess they wont
I think many (most?) these days really have no notion that this country isn't "guaranteed" to stay together as 50 "united" states.
We weren't and we didn't. And we are now past that.
Looks like China owns the Supreme Court, as well.
As we go out into next year, we will find that the ChiComs own a lot of America, from the Supreme’s to every college/university in America.
My continually prayer hundreds of times a day, "God, surely there are enough good people for you save us from the Evil."
Texas relies too much n the Federal teat to secede.
The quicker you realize that, the better off you will be.
>>> I don’t know if it’s a pipe dream, but moving forward, I’d like to see conservative states begin secession movements. Texas leading the way.
People need to stop suggesting this... its crazy
A constitutional convention would be more in order.
any form of division would make us easy pickings for a military invasion.
Well it’s for a federal office that has significant impact on all the states and citizens of those states, so I don’t see the point in arguing semantics. Can you go further in your reply?
Thank you, Bad Kitties!
