The three states I coved would be Kentucky, Idaho, and North Carolina. Then it would be a contiguous collection of states where you could drive betwen any two of them without ever crossing ‘non-lawsuit states’.

New England will refrain without question....same with West coast and New York, Maryland and the usual suspects under Cuomos oligarchy.

That's true. 24 would be a majority of the states not in rebellion against the Constitution, and 23 would be even exactly half of them.
(Oh wait... what's (57-4)/2... /s)

Yes, 26 states would be very hard for SCOTUS to just toss.

Unfortunately, the Republican State of Kentucky took upon themselves to elect a Democrat Attorney General. That's not true. Kentucky foolishly elected a Democrat as governor, but ...
"[Daniel Cameron] is the first African American independently elected to statewide office in Kentucky's history and the first Republican elected to the Attorney General's office since 1948." And I'd say a fairly good chance of becoming the next Governor of Kentucky in 2023.
I don't understand why Kentucky hasn't joined Texas. I'm pretty sure it was/is a part of the Pennsylvania lawsuit and was named as a state that would probably sign on with Texas, but hasn't.

Funny how all those “sniffer” and “FEELings of young girls” videos of Biden came down from YouTube as soon as Biden wrapped up the nomination. MANIPULATION anyone?
Don’t know if it was actually YouTube that did it, or the TV news channels that sourced it, but QUESTIONS should be asked and ANSWERS given.
First question for Harris: “exactly WHEN did you decide that your accusation of Joe’s sexual assault of a staffer was in error? , ....walk us through your thinking on that, how did you get from point A to point B?

The list has now grown to 18 states.
MO, AL, AR, AZ, FL, NE, ND, OK, IN, KS, LA, MS, MT, SC, SD, TN, UT and WV. Like I said, don't see a source saying Kentucky (KY) has joined the suit.

Kentucky has a Democrat Governor, put in office by a Dominion* “glitch.”
*Not Dominion itself, I believe it was ES&S, but they are both the result of the Diebold anti-trust breakup, they both inherited the Diebold backbone of election software, which can and has been manipulated to bring a desired outcome.

Like I said, don't see a source saying Kentucky (KY) has joined the suit. My comment was regarding Arizona. I have made no comments at all about Kentucky.

Contacted Yost (OH AG) to join.
Look at the map. That alone should worry the SCOTUS.
