Texas vs the four cities (Saturbray)

But if it be a question of words and names, and of your law, look ye to it; for I will be no judge of such matters. Acts 18:15

The Supreme Court is where these large discussions about this country are supposed to be made. Issues such as abortion and freedom of religion are discussed and determined if in the Constitution of America to give people the ultimate decisions of the future and direction of this country.

The discussion now is can this country stay together when you have two opposing directions going two separate ways. One wants to stay America a country built and founded on free and fair elections ensuring people can have self-rule and the other wanting to have a centralized gummit which rules the people. The latter group believes in relativism which says the ends justifies the means so cheating in an election is justified.

If the court rules in favor of the plaintiff states, then it is saying laws have meaning and if they do not then they don’t and there will never be a fair election again. The Communist Party has not followed any laws or ethics in the last five years so they saw an opening with the Covid closures which told them they could steal the election using mail in ballots like they do in the West and count any ballot they sent out and millions they did not. To do this the Democrats had to change their election laws to make a clear path for the election fraud to occur and they did.

The Constitution says that only state legislatures can make and change those laws for this very reason. They do not want voters to have laws changed so they get left out of the decisions and potentially as happened in the four cities have their votes taken away by hanky panky. The Governors changed the laws outside of their authority and either knowingly or foolishly made a system which was easily manipulated to whoever wanted to manipulate the vote.

Our Founding Fathers knew two hundred years ago the vote is a two-edged sword. It can be the greatest asset to the people, or it can be a weapon for tyrants. It has moved further and further towards tyranny the more it has been allowed more and more open for corruption to this election the door was left wide open and the tyrants took it and used it to gain power over the people.

Florida used to be the most corrupt election in the country however has cleaned up its elections over the past decade while it continued to be a bellwether state. Over the past few presidencies whoever won Florida won the election and they had their elections done without any corruption. It is an example of what an election looks like and they did not change their laws for convenience or potential corruption. The same can be said for most of the states, this is not true for the states which changed their laws supposedly for the virus. They became fields of corruption due to the changing of the laws which allowed that possibility.

What this argument is making is America now has two separate forms of elections. One is following the rules which were laid down legally over the past two hundred years and the other has been changed to be manipulated by the gummit. One is a fair and free election and the other is allowing ballot stuffing to win elections like you have seen over the decades.

What the Supreme Court has to decide is whether it is time to have a Federal Election with built in safeguards or does America still allow states to change their elections outside the Constitution and open to the corruption seen in this election. This is a fragile argument since in theory you have to allow states’ rights, but on the other hand you have a power craven party which wants to use these rights as a method of gaining more power and control. This is exactly what the founders warned and why freedom is so fleeting since it requires honesty rather than legality and enforcement. You cannot force freedom since freedom requires openness which is the definition of freedom.

This is the dilemma the SC is going to have to decide. Do they allow the freedom of states to bend the rules to ideally allow more open elections which are avenues of corruption or do you close them so they cannot be corrupted? There are good arguments on both sides, but it is obvious reality and theory are two different things which is what they have to decide.

Their decision will not be for this election as much as it will be for future ones. It is a discussion which needs to be made since the two directions could not be further from one another. You have one Party playing by the rules and one believes anything goes as long as they take control. To change their systems to a mail in system was inviting election fraud and is exactly that they got while other states did not do it and had a clean election. In the end the ones that had clean elections got their elections stolen by the ones who allowed massive fraud by mail and are taking that claim to the Supreme Court.

They are saying it is time to agree you cannot have two separate election systems in America. In essence they are saying you cannot have two separate forms of govt. You cannot have a one voting system for the Blue states and another for the Red which is the way it is now. There needs to be a single system Americans can trust rather than one system they can trust and another one inside the four states you cannot. They are really saying four states and really four cities corrupted the entire election which is true.

The Supreme Court has to decide if those four cities should be allowed to corrupt the entire American election or not. The obvious answer is no and there is a Constitution they can point to which disallows those cities from changing their laws without the state legislatures from making those laws. They can and should say this was an unconstitutional election and those four state elections are corrupted and not legal which is really the only fair thing for the other forty-six states.

Once this is done the legislatures have two ways of handling the elections which are spelled out pretty clearly in the Constitution to keep the decision as close to the people as possible. It is then up to them to write rules into the future to never allow this to happen again.

It is time to pray for the Supreme Court for God to give them wisdom and courage to make the right decision. This is by far the biggest decision this court will ever have made which is why they are there. One side feels cheated and the other feels justified, and the decision will not make anyone happy. The results may set off a war, but the war was coming eventually since there is such a divide between the two directions. It is time for prayer and fasting for these people who are about to make the toughest decisions of their lives so give them the wisdom and courage to do God’s will. Give them the wisdom the Founders were given two hundred and fifty years ago.

Pray for the Supreme Court

I like Bray, but I disagree with this analysis.

It is not about the powers of the states.

States do not have rights. They have powers.

Some of the States powers are limited by the Constitution, which includes the Amendments to the Constituion.

State executives do not have the power to change the rules of an election without the state legislatures.

States are required to have a republican form of government, which requires the follow their own election laws.

The Constitution is, partly, a contract between the States, where they agree to follow the rules in the Constitution.

Why is cheating in a Presidential election bad?

Unfortunately, this has to be explained to many American voters.

President of The United States is a big and important job.

The President touches and impacts most every domestic and foreign affairs issue our country has.

It is a job where you want the best person available.

What does best mean?

The necessary knowledge, skills, abilities, training, experience and energy to handle the important issues.

Requiring these things of our President forces anyone who seeks the job to Make the maximum effort to prepare for the job.

Our Presidential candidates should be immediately prepared to step in and successfully conduct the duties of chief executive.

What do we get with cheating?

We get a person whose only reason for being chief executive is to hand out stolen wealth and power to lackeys and enemies of our country.

Cheating inevitably will destroy this country. It will fall down on even the cheaters and their children.

Certainly pray for the court. The odds are against any group of political hacks doing the right thing, regardless of their oath of office. Remember the crap they threw out before the civil war?

Well said. We are not as far apart as you think. There are states rights and federal law which the last Civil War was about.
