I think the Dem threat to pack the court as soon as the Biden-Harris creature takes power has definitely made the good justices take this seriously. The three in the minority probably don’t care because they rightly assume that it would be packed with leftists like themselves.

But they’ll be unpleasantly surprised. The new ones won’t be your grandfather’s leftists. Heads will roll, including perhaps theirs. They should rethink this.

Regardless of the cases related to fraud, the Texas case will determine who will be President.

If it is successful, AND those States' Repubs have the balls to vote for Trump, then yes. Otherwise, it might not and those fraud cases could becoming vital to correcting the election.

Your insight is sound. Once the presidential race is finalized, then lawsuits over fraud in the down ballot races continue, right on into 2021 and beyond if needed. The revelation of the dominion vote weighting fraud is a powerful hammer with which many down ballot races where Smartmatic software was used can be overturned. The republicants might have actually taken over the House and retained the Senate when all the lawsuit dust settles ...and that is why the demon rats are fighting to keep their stolen election in tact, from the top down.

If the election results in these four States are thrown out, my guess is that downticket races will be re-polled, as none of the results can be verified.

Counties where the only issues are the Dominion machines, may or may not need to be redone, as the weighted voting MAY have only been applied to the very top of the ticket / only major races (Pres, Congress, Govs). This would help explain why Trump lost yet so many State- and lower-level Pubbies won: that their races had minimal fraud and show mostly true results of the D-R vote split.

Hopefully we can get several more of those races flipped our way, but something tells me they didn't have the level of fraud that the big ones did.

That might be getting ahead of things. They may just listen, and let things stand or they may listen and say wrong but not change the results. I think unlikely they’ll overturn the election. Sadly.

Roberts has made noises in the past that indicate he is very concerned about the Court’s independence, structure and power. He has to know a Biden administration would very likely mean “court packing”. “Court packing” to the extent that the court would end up to be nothing more then a rubber stamp to a runaway legislature, executive or both. It would lose its status as an equal partner in the trinity of Federal power.

Not sure about that. One has to look past the propaganda to know there is a real case that has serious legitimacy. Have to suspect the average Leftist thinks the election is a done deal until and unless there is a ruling that changes it...which I think is when there may well be riots and outrage that reality was not what they expected it to be.

We know that voters, some, do a straight ticket vote. The weighting algorithm would apply to all the “D” races on such a ballot, so the weighting algorithm does effect down ballot counts.

The machines being connected to the Internet and accessible by dominion personnel during the counting makes suspect many down ballot races which have national significance. John James race is one in particular. The senate races in Georgiw are two others. And there is video evidence of ‘someone’ plugging in a thumb drive and fiddling with the tallying then passing off the thumb drive to someone else as he exits the tallying area.
