SEVEN states have now joined Texas lawsuit
Arkansas, Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi, South Carolina, South Dakota and Lousiana…
SEVEN states have now joined Texas lawsuit, arguing that the Equal Protection Clause has been violated in this election from state-to-state. @Louisiana, Arkansas, Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi, South Carolina, South Dakota. #StopTheSteal • #FightForTrump— Ali 🟧 #StopTheSteal (@ali) December 8, 2020
“Then the Dems can pull an Andy Jackson and declare “SCOTUS has ruled; now let us see them enforce it!””
What would the Dems do or not do in this scenario?
Yeah i read that wrong...thanks. Praying they have crapola defense.
Bttt
The supremes voted 6-3 to hear the Tx case against the other states?
Mike Hunter also has an individual website (this is the one I e-mailed):
Hopefully, if enough people contact him at all his addresses, he’ll get the hint and jump in.
Yes one vote per state... R 27 D 21 Tie 2 (No Vote) DJT wins
Excellent! Where did you find this out?
Kansas too?
Indiana born (same hospital as Michael Jackson) and raised. Love that state. May retire there.
Contact your Governor (Phone: 317-232-4567) and your AG, Curtis Hill (Phone: 317-232-6201)
Get them to join Texas!
SCOTUS is the last chance for a peaceful resolution to this thing. If they do not provide relief then they are part of the problem. They get paid the big bucks and a place in the history books to deal with exactly this kind of situation. They simply need to do their jobs. In this case it is to tell the state legislatures to do *their* jobs.
Smokin’ hot!
I believe that in that event, the matter goes to the House of Representatives. Each state gets 1 vote, and the states are obligated to vote per whichever party controls that state. Republicans have a majority under that scenario.
Sounds like states are joining by the hour.
Honestly it makes sense, if for no other reason than the state AGs, and Governors getting everyone on the same page as they commit to the case.
People don’t like surprises, you know, and they also want to feel like they had their say.
Stay tuned tomorrow. As someone else was saying, it would be fun to see the “center” states - TX, OK, KS, NE, SD, and ND in solidarity, tomorrow. Throw in AR, LA, and AL and that’s a big contiguous chunk of red.
It’s just gonna take more time for some states than others. Hats off to Texas, though for showing smart leadership in the first place.
Blatant naïveté is dangerous
And lazy
Need to secede if this fraud continues
************
Fraud is the means, but its really a coup d’etat. Its not just the election that was stolen. They stole the country too.
Amen. From your keyboard to God’s ears, and the eyes n ears of all true Americans.
They are certainly afraid enough
❤️ my state!!!
