The State Legislatures either send Trump electors or NO Electors

So, are you saying that they CANNOT send any BIDEN electors?

Yeah, AK is too big to capsize, so it must have just slithered on down.

I don’t see how that would work, if say... Illinois, hypothetically, wished to express solidarity with the AH states. (No offense intended to those who happen to live there.)

Would they assume whatever liability is involved?

Not saying some state might not be so stupid, I just don’t understand really how they would approach the court to say “We want to be sued too.”

That is the purpose of the lawsuit. SCOTUS invalidates vote and makes legislatures have a non biden solution

If that happens and the states send NO electors, will it still be required that Trump get 270?

If no one gets 270 it goes to a House vote

Seven States—The core of a new Confederacy—This time the Constitutional States of America. All it will take is a spark.

It has already turned violent. The first shots have been fired in Portland, Seattle, San Francisco, Chicago, Kenosha, Philadelphia, and this weekend in Georgia. The left has already been violent. The right has yet to retaliate.

>>> I would love love love for Arizona to join.
But, alas, we are part of the problem.
I am surprised that Texas didn’t name us in the suit.

You are on the inside of this fight.

Many would love to be in your position TO fight from your end of things.

Same team... different vectors.

Fight the steal!

I suspect that’s the message Texas is sending to the SC and FedGov.

All conservatives are disenfranchised by this election, in any state. This is not just a southern thing, like the confederacy.

Alaska is not southern by any stretch of the imagination, but as an Alaskan, I hope it makes that heroic list.

At this point, all that Texas (and the dozen+ states joining) is requesting is relief from non-constitutionally based Electoral College deadlines while they prepare their complaint.

In the meantime, investigations are proceeding with large and growing momentum and state legislators are starting to firm. Yes, some legislatures have gone wobbly while thinking the administrative deadlines are priority. But if Texas and other states joining them succeed in moving out the administrative deadlines AND the investigations continue gathering speed and momentum bringing heat on legislators, then a shift in priorities can be expected.

So two outcomes:
1) State legislatures use their constitutional powers in disposing of the process of who will be their state’s Electors, or
2) The extended deadline is missed and neither candidate has 270 in which case the determination of who will be President will be taken up in Congress as required by the Constitution.

GA is on the receiving end of the lawsuit. Can’t expect us to sue ourselves.

Now, the defense shouldn’t be particularly vigorous.

>>> Where are Wyoming and Montana and all the other totally red states?

Not to worry.... keep in mind that SEVEN states joined inside of what?.... 12-18 hours of this filing???

Just get on em... this is snowballing.... your state will most likely join if you put pressure on your reps.
