I don't think anybody is arguing this statement. The problem is that the winner of the state's popular vote has not been resolved, and called into serious question with credible, direct video evidence as well as overwhelming circumstantial evidence.
Nobody has an issue with electors being decided by popular vote...people have an issue with electors being decided by a manufactured, engineered and manipulated tally being misrepresented as the popular vote.
Looks like we’re gonna have to hold Loeffler and Perdue hostage.
To the RINO Establishment: we get the special session, OR you don’t get your two US Senators. Decide which it will be.

Good one. But I think it’s more like he is determined as hell not to let Trump stay as President, as that has been bad, and would get worse, for his Chinese masters. There’s only so much Georgia state business he can throw them on his own.

I’ve simply equated it to not paying the yardman or house repairman up front. You pay them AFTER they do the work, as you requested it. If you just give them the money up front, you may never see them again.
If they are blindly following that fig leaf of “legal advice that is provided to them” instead of standing up and doing what should be done which our Republic is in desperate need of, then they aren’t “Conservatives”.

That is my understanding of the conventional theory, as well, they need all R’s and even a few D’s to get to 60%, based on various reports. But I’ve also heard some legal analysis that said they may only need 51% to open a session under their potentially separate power of the US Constitution.
Millions share that same opinion.

But he will have plenty of Soros/China $$$ to retire in luxury.
Selling out out their fellow man is bad enough. But getting on stage and lying about it every day makes them monsters. That’s why they got into politics, where their only real talent - lying - can lead to big bucks.
The traitors are the RINO Establishment. They can either make good with a special session or they can pay the price for their betrayal of us.

No, you can not betray us without paying a severe price for it. If the consequences are as dire as you’re claiming they are well then......I guess you had better roll over and give us that special session hadn’t you? If you don’t, then it must not have been that dire since you weren’t willing to budge one inch.
Great idea there. Going to be interesting to see which R’s are thrown in with Kemp to the bitter end. There has to be some, that a vote, even of it failed, would smoke them out.
I guess they’re choosing between harm from the Deep State or harm from conservatives. If I had to bet, it would be the Deep State that is far more likely to actually respond in a deadly way.

And I fear this is far wider than most of us ever suspected, and that the people we elected are riding that gravy train and don't want it to end, and don't want to be found out.
And it fills me with anguish that, if true, it says something terrible about our national character that goes beyond simple greed for money.
