Yet another airline has announced that it sees so called ‘COVID passports’, proof that travellers have been vaccinated and/or tested negative for coronavirus, as “essential” for them to be able to travel.
Lance Gokongwei, President and CEO of Cebu Pacific, the largest budget airline in the Philippines, made the comments to reporters Monday.
“We do think that’s essential, especially as we open up international travel,” Gokongwei said, adding that there are “different vaccines and I think we have to work on a single, global COVID passport so that each country respects the passport.”
Gokongwei also stated that without fears of the virus spreading being allayed by vaccination and herd immunity, “there’s nothing to be spoken about.”

The Philippines has one of the strictest and longest lockdowns in the world. Think only Thailand was more strict for country entry.
The article said negative test or vaccination certificate. You can’t even get into the airport now without a travel pass issued by a local barangay (neighborhood), municipality or city, and a negative COVID test.

Looked on a map. Yep. Cebu is still in the Philippines. I know Duterte’s Build, Build, Build Program was ambitious, but the bridge from Honolulu to Cebu won’t be ready until next year, once the bridge from Los Angeles to Hilo, Hawaii is completed. Still waiting the plans for the inter-island bridges from Hawaii to Oahu...

They call it a Technocracy, and even call themselves the technocrats.
The old Order has been fighting to get back the old system since the Magna Carta and the Renaissance.
