Kemp hasn’t ignored anything. They did a statewide hand recount. He’s calling for a signature audit (which he doesn’t have the power to do.) Anything else would have to come through the process the Georgia legislature has already provided to resolve election disputes—an election challenge in state court, which is pending. Kemp has no role in that.
As for counting without poll watchers allowed to be present (and it is not actually clear that happened), the remedy is to count the votes again with poll watchers present. I was involved in exactly that here in Houston. And that has happened in Georgia with the statewide recount.
Okay. Kemp should be tried and execute for treason. Rigging an election is traitorous act.
Because the Democrat fraud machine in Atlanta wants its own candidate.
I doubt that will happen. Trump would be smeared as Hitler if it did.

You are correct, SAF, the left will always win if they get away with this election fraud because they will rig every election the same way. After all, they are gangsters and gangsters break the law. Further, they will pack the Supreme Court with six liberal justices to ensure an overwhelming 10-5 rubber stamp of whatever Plugs or his successor signs is deemed constitutional which is exactly the illusion that the Soviet gangsters used to justify what they did when it suited them. There isn't going to be a hold on tight until the 2022 midterms when we can take back the House and then 2024 to take back the White House. We've already been told they intend to finish Batthouse Barry's fundamental transformation and that transformation doesn't include free and fair elections. Nor an intact Constitution.
These corrupt officials like Kemp obviously don’t fear us. In fact, they dismiss us regardless of our concerns. IT IS TIME FOR ALL OF THEM TO BE VERY AFRAID. That’s the only way we’re going to get our country back.

You need to get in touch with President Trump and explain how he’s wrong about Kemp. Do you need the presidents email? Let me know. I can probably find a public White House email address with a little googling.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but as read I Article II of the U.S. Constitution, the Georgia legislature does not have to beg “Mother may I” from the Governor in order to assign Electors.
The Presidents lawyers cannot become witnesses and testify in their own case.
Those are the rules

Rudy is not claiming voter fraud (that is difficult to prove). He is claiming election laws were broken. There is a difference.
If poll watchers are not allowed to inspect ballots then that is a violation of the law, period, full stop. We saw many numerous occasions (on video) where GOP reps were denied access to ballot inspection. They were kicked out of the precincts.
“Dirty Geoff” will be in the docket, too - he just doesn’t know it yet.
If it was Biden contesting defeat, we can be sure now that Kemp would call a special session of the legislature.

It will soon will be time for the Supreme Court to decertify those states that refuse to investigate fraud and unconstitutional statements. The 14th amendment must be followed.

Giuliani was there as a representative of the president, his lawyer. Lawyers do not swear under oath. The people stating what they saw had already given sworn testimony âÂÂunder oathâÂÂ. They were only retelling what they had already sworn to as witnesses. Rudy did not give testimony as he witnessed nothing first hand and was not a witness. These hearings are not trials. The sworn under oath testimony is already on record and was before each committee member to read. Rep Johnson made Maxine Waters look like a brain surgeon.
