(Someone just asked me why the President’s lawyers refuse to swear under oath that there was fraud. So I went looking and found this:)
Giuliani was there as a representative of the president, his lawyer. Lawyers do not swear under oath. The people stating what they saw had already given sworn testimony âÂÂunder oathâÂÂ. They were only retelling what they had already sworn to as witnesses. Rudy did not give testimony as he witnessed nothing first hand and was not a witness. These hearings are not trials. The sworn under oath testimony is already on record and was before each committee member to read. Rep Johnson made Maxine Waters look like a brain surgeon.
Thanks. This was a twitter comment and I felt that I needed a good answer because this meme is out there and it needed to be debunked (as they say). I got various good answers from Freepers.
Lots of baloney going on. Someone said it’s in the constitution that you can burn the flag (referring to antifa getting beaten up by Trump supporters for trying that) and anyone stopping the burning is against the constitution.
So I replied that it’s a ruling - not technically in the constitution - and does that mean there is no such thing as hate speech.
I go to Twitter mostly to argue...sometimes people need to see the other side.
