This Crisis Demands a Constitutional Analysis of Voting Machines
Townhall.com ^ | December 6, 2020 | Jeff Crouere

There are constitutional rules on how prisons are operated, how zoning laws must be drafted and what rights members of the LGBT community must be accorded; however, there are no rules regarding modern voting machines, as well as the hardware and software used to tabulate votes.

Clearly, some constitutional rules should apply to these machines because they control our most basic rights, which includes the right to vote and the right to have it counted honestly.

It must surely be considered unconstitutional for a municipality to utilize voting machines that allow poll workers to switch a vote if they thought a mistake was made. Poll workers cannot be allowed to hack into the machine's hardware or software and reverse a vote just because they thought a voter hit the wrong button.

Consequently, the idea that there must be constitutional rules regarding both the hardware and the software used in voting machines is not far-fetched, and indeed, its implementation is now obviously long overdue.

Millions of Americans have been closely following the president’s legal challenges to the 2020 election. The reams of evidence the president’s team have compiled indicates severe problems with the hardware and software used to cast and count votes. The focus has been on several swing states, but the problems might be prevalent across the country.

It seems possible to not only change votes, but also to disregard votes and create large batches of phony votes out of thin air.

How else can we explain systems that mail out ballots to dead people? Or that mail out six ballots to an address where two people reside? Or that allow an envelope with a signature to be separated from the actual ballot before the signature has been meaningfully examined - by representatives of both political parties?

How else can we explain a system that awards a massive batch of almost 600,000 votes to former Vice President Joe Biden while simultaneously adding a mere 3,000 votes to President Donald Trump? Witnesses have testified that this is exactly what happened in Pennsylvania in the wee hours after Election Night 2020. Does anyone doubt that such a system is highly suspect, if not totally corrupt?

Indeed, such a ridiculous ratio of votes favoring one candidate over another is prima facie evidence that the system which produced this result is too easily tampered with, either physically or via the internet. Any teenage hacker can attest that almost all computer systems are vulnerable.

Are Americans blind to this reality? There have been numerous examples of computer systems of our largest and most secure institutions, such as banks, municipal governments and even the Pentagon being hacked. Accordingly, if our voting systems are connected to the Internet, they can easily be hacked, and our precious votes can be manipulated. It should not be constitutionally permissible to transmit voting totals across the world wide web.

Now if the proper time for the U.S. Supreme Court to intervene and fix this travesty. It can list certain minimum constitutional requirements that voting machines and their software must satisfy. At the very least, for future elections, the outrageous and dangerous spectacle we are witnessing in the 2020 election will not be repeated.

If this important action is not taken, large sectors of the American public will eventually lose all faith in the honesty of our voting system. This would result in the death of our constitutional republic and the United States of America would officially become a banana republic.

This action can be separate and apart from the ongoing challenges of the 2020 election. Clearly, there is overwhelming proof of fraud in multiple states that resulted in the supposed victory of Joe Biden in the presidential race. The president’s legal team may be successful, or they may ultimately fail. However, no matter who becomes president, it does not change the need to fix our voting systems to ensure confidence in future elections.

The 74 million Americans who voted for Donald Trump this year have lost all confidence in our electoral system. We need to ensure that the high level of distrust this past election produced will not have to be tolerated ever again in our country.

If school desegregation could be ordered "with all deliberate speed" in the Brown vs. Board of Education case, then surely, we can urge similar speed to mandate the use of honest and secure voting machines. Saving the greatest constitutional republic in the history of the world requires nothing less.

Ya think?

Ever since they came up with the voting machine it has been an issue.

A bit late now. Red Dawn is in full swing.

Intense power struggle would be inevitable before the overhaul of current election rules and voting machines to ensure a fair election.

our most basic rights, which includes the right to vote

There is no such thing as a "right to vote".

On the simplest level, these machines were hooked up to servers on foreign soil. That should end all speculation and bring about a nullification.

To me, the crucial point is that CNN itself colluded to ditch Hunter’s laptop story to save Biden’s ***.

Many voters have since said they would not have voted for Biden if they had known of the laptop’s incendiary contents.

CNN head Mark Zucker provided extremely valuable services to the Biden Campaign AND the Democratic Party far in excess of Federal election Law.

Ergo, Zucker has unwittingly opened himself and CNN to criminal prosecution.

TALKING POINTS
<><> Project Veritas, monitored and recorded CNN’s morning editorial conference call for some two months....
<><> CNN PTB are heard plotting the “news of the day”
<><> CNN head Zucker dictates the network’s editorial slant.
<><> Zucker and his henchmen are in lockstep
<><> CNN was heard manipulating news items, hand-picking stories to be reported, and how they will be presented......
<><> CNN itself decided Hunter’s laptop story should be ditched to save Joe Biden’s ***.
<><> Many voters said they would not have voted Biden if they knew about the contents of Hunter’s laptop.
<><> CNN made sure candidate Biden was protected at all costs.
<><> CNN is a criminal accessory after the fact, aiding and abetting, colluding in the Democrats’ election steal.
<><> L/E needs to uncover what CNN knew about the election steal....and when did they know it?

Trump campaign needs to break the media blockade by making major media purchases in GA, PA, MI, WI, AZ and WI. Running ads highlighting the evidence and thereby put pressure to act on state legislatures.

We hear all kinds of things flying around the internet.

In my humble opinion, the strongest case that should put a screeching halt to everything in these critical swing state elections is the Dominion voting machines.

If the corporation Dominion is a foreign entity..everything should stop.

If the Dominion voting machines are manufactured, coded with firmware and contain software programs generated by any foreign worker or outside the U.S...everything should stop.

If votes entered into Dominion voting nodes were received and or tabulated by servers outside the U.S., such as been reported, Germany and Spain...everything should stop.

If these Dominion voting nodes have real time accessible external Ethernet and or USB ports...everything should stop.

If these Dominion voting nodes give the ability for operators/vote counters..whatever to “correct” entries...everything should stop.

If it is documented without any doubt..solid proof that a Dominion executive made comments to the effect, “Trump will not win this election, we’ve made sure of that”, then everything should come to a screeching halt in those swing states utilizing Dominion voting systems.

These are some of the things I’ve been reading. Any of these scenarios should be immediately investigated by the federal and state authorities.

Hey, I have the solution. Let’s get government involved in fixing this. Not.

No voting machine should be permitted to have a microprocessor. It is probably just as simple as that. We should really go back to the IBM Fred Flintstone machines of the fifties and sixties.

Enough already with the constitutional shtick! We don’t have any Constitutional right to vote for President.

And voting isn’t our most precious right; freedom is. I would rather not even have to care who is President; or my Congressmen; or Dog Catcher. It is only because the people who occupy such offices are so corrupt that it makes any difference at all to me.

I think this article is well and good but in some of these inner city precincts somebody has to be present and ready to instantly go mano e mano with 200lb thugs who want to have some fun and throw their weight around.

Imagine too the weaker folks who are scared to go anywhere near these voting halls on election day due to just plain old THUGS who couldn’t even tell you what a “Constitution” is.

This is the “crisis”; all else around us are symptoms

CHINA is the glue that binds the UniParty. The mission of the UniParty has been to seed advocates for the CCP throughout a multitude of Federal agencies and state and local governments since the 1990’s. By virtue of the carrot or the stick. Silver or Lead etc.

The “price” for China continuing to purchase and absorb Fed.gov debt paper over the last 30-40 years-when no one else could or would-at the yields Fed.gov expected.

unfortunately it appears We the People increasingly have only one of 2 choices-acquiesce or commence the laborious and long process of pulling the weeds.

I think it has been proven that voting machines should be one of the few things the federal government should provide.

1) Officially, only mandatory for federal elections, and states may choose to use them for state and local elections.

2) They cannot connect to the Internet or any Intranets, and their software must be entirely open source.

3) Each voter’s finger or thumbprint will be scanned, and their photograph taken.

4) Portable voting machines will be hand carried to voters that are infirm or who cannot vote in person.

Other rules as needed.

I agree - but it is a case beyond the ability of state and Federal courts and legislatures to deal with. The scale of the conspiracy is too large, and one state judge and majority leader - even when presented with evidence - can only see a tiny part of the picture.

Only military tribunals using evidence supplied by defense intelligence can satisfactorily resolve it.

The appointment of Electors by the State Legislatures are not Federal elections.
