This below more than likely is NOT the same guy, but it is interesting, given that it happened in the same general area of California and involves the same name and approximate age.
The guy who was arrested for the beheading is listed as 34. The guy in the story below is listed as 30 in 2018. The age discrepancies could be related to the month of birth and/or possible error in reporting precise age.

you can tell this story did not come out of the USA....they did not capitalize “black”.
