The Michigan appeals court turned down an appeal Friday from President Donald Trump's campaign in a challenge to how absentee ballots were handled in Detroit and other issues.
In a brief order, the court said the lawsuit fails because Michigan's election results, including Joe Biden's 154,000-vote victory over Trump, were certified on Nov. 23, a week before the campaign filed an appellate brief.
The court said the president's only recourse was a recount, but that has passed, too.
“Because plaintiff failed to follow the clear law in Michigan relative to such matters, their action is moot,” Judge Stephen Borrello said in a 2-1 order.
Judge Patrick Meter disagreed, saying a three-judge panel should quickly hear the appeal.
“The issues are not moot because state electors have not yet been seated, the Electoral College has not yet been assembled and Congress has not yet convened to consider whether to exercise its powers under” the constitution, Meter said.

2) Agree with TV news that Biden won as of day after election. Show noble Biden in story after story in the Office of the President Elect.
3) block any recounts or fraud talk
4) race to certify before anything can be done
5) Destroy, erase, “purge” all records on machines and vote tabulations because it’s all over until the next election. And hurry!

So an appeals court says fraud is ok if its certified before a plaintiff can get a case filed.
Its ridiculous. Because if the state wants to commit the fraud and certify it before anyone can assemble a case filing, they wont hear the complaint.
Plus many government parts involved here in an election can do things independently of other parts. So while you are waiting and going through their process, another part can certify, and screw over a plaintiff claiming fraud.
Not to worry. - that’s not a legal reason to moot out a case. It roll be appealed and it helps that this absurd decision came fast

The Dems are experts at gaslighting. If you look through the diversion, the facts support an election based upon violations of the rules, the manufacture of ballots, machine manipulation, improper registration procedures, backdating postmarks, the court superseding the authority of the legislature and ballot harvesting. There are other things documented that are so convincing of the enormous fraud that no court should mistake.

Judges who want to act corruptly will come up with any excuse if it favors their preferences regardless of what the law requires. Happens in thousands of courtrooms every day.
I do not disagree that the election is being stolen. Other than to perhaps say it Has been = rather than is being.
It amazes me that the Democrats in Atlanta and Philadelphia are so stupid that they do not realize they have just become slaves. With the ability to move votes electronically this is the last election where ballot stuffing will be necessary. For such a successful businessman, I've never been impressed with Trump's organizational or planning skills in his time as Pres.
I've known a lot of successful people like Trump who, despite lack of typical planning are somehow successful. As someone who plans to the Nth degree on EVERYTHING, this always drove me nuts.
Looks like it finally has caught up with him, though, unfortunately. With better planning, we'd be in a lot better shape than we seem to be now..and the apparent lack of thorough planning really does seem to be at the root of why we are getting crushed in court after court. Maddening.
Try and find an IQ point somewhere.

1- Don’t blame the judges. If the relief requested is moot, the court MUST decline to issue a ruling. A judge who rules on a dead issue is basically legislating from the bench, which violates our principles of separation of powers.
2- I don’t blame DJT either, except to the extent he trusted Rudy. A good businessman delegates 95% of the tasks in front of him. DJT should not have been out there identifying and retaining counsel. He is the POTUS, for heaven’s sake. He has to deal with issues of national security.
3- I have an issue with a couple of those law firms just slipping away. The general rule is, an attorney who has been retained cannot withdraw if it causes harm to the client. In at least one case, Rudy STIPULATED to the attorney’s Motion to Be Relieved as counsel. He did this so he could appear and argue the case himself - which he then botched, and colossally so.
POTUS should run the country. His PERSONAL ATTORNEY should be orchestrating the legal maneuvers, and Rudy just failed.
