...The legislation also has a similar provision regarding the approximately 28,500 US troops stationed in South Korea, prohibiting any reductions in US personnel until 90 days after the defense secretary certifies that certain conditions have been met.

The bill also could affect Trump's efforts to reduce US troop levels in Afghanistan, requiring "the Administration to submit a comprehensive, interagency assessment of the risks and impacts ...

the House continues to fight Trump over troop reductions. Y'all need to get on the phone to your congresscritters. With the modern warfare of today, there's no reason to have tens of thousands of soldiers in non-conflict areas.

Europe can pay to defend themselves. They show zero respect to the US and willfully submit themselves to islam and communism anyways. Why protect them? This isn’t 1946

The RINO’s who are the majority of Republicans are showing their true colors thinking President Trump is mortally wounded by the dems voter fraud machine and are in open revolt against the Trump agenda and thus, OUR the American People who elected him.
A further indication of this is, passing Lee’s long sought after foreign labor floodgates bill by Unanimous Consent whereby no politician had to go on record supporting this Anti-American Worker disaster.
Very very few politicians are on the side of the American Citizen. Most are on the side of Globalists and their Donors.
I’m sure we’ve all noticed the crickets by the Republican Party in support of President Trumps efforts to fight election stealing. With too few exceptions. And, none of those exceptions are in elected Party Leadership.

“...there’s no reason to have tens of thousands of soldiers in non-conflict areas....”

Communist politicians are scared spitless of having a large number of U.S. troops, especially seasoned battle experienced ones, back in the homeland for a myriad of reasons.

Speaking of troops and Germany... are there any updates on the supposed server raid in Germany? Or is that simply the stuff of Tom Clancy novels?

America is a republic not an empire. Hope Trump starts his own political party so the Dems and Republicans just just stop pretending to disagree with each other

And yet not a single one of them would be able to give you a legitimate answer as to why those troops need to be there.

No, it isn’t 1946, but it could be just like 1946 mid-decade.
