Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich is going after attorneys Sidney Powell and Lin Wood after they encouraged Republicans not to vote in two upcoming Senate runoff elections in Georgia.
Gingrich's comments come two weeks after Powell was removed from the Trump legal team.
"Sidney Powell is practicing law on her own. She is not a member of the Trump Legal Team. She is also not a lawyer for the president in his personal capacity," Trump Campaign Attorney Rudy Giuliani and Senior Legal Adviser Jenna Ellis said at the time.
During a rally in Georgia yesterday, Powell and Wood went after Republican election officials and even called for Republican Governor Brian Kemp to be "locked up."

That’s not “going off”.
That’s stating a fact.
She is addressing long term issues.
Legal team is working for right now under a specific time constraint and narrow focus.
They have two different jobs.
The GOP is a-okay with the election being openly stolen from Trump but they want they want to fight tooth and nail to save their GOPe approved Senators. It’s telling. What it’s saying is what we knew: they wanted Trump gone, they are in on the rigging at least passively, and now they want to make sure that THEY don’t get burned by the same scheme they are supporting to take down Trump.
