Mike Kelly and Sean Parnell et al have asked Justice Alito for a temporary injunction in PA supreme court decision (via press release on e-mail). They want Alito to stay any certification pending application for cert.

Two Pennsylvania US House candidates got robbed, and they don’t like it.
Imagine flipping a coin 4,645,908 times and it comes up heads 52% of the time. Then, come back 3 hours later and flip the coin 150,000 times and it comes up tails 100% of the time. That’s MI (and probably PA and GA). And that’s what we’re supposed to believe?

40 page filing for temporary injunction from one justice pending submission of the actual application for cert. No wonder this is taking so long with so little legal process. Our legal system is dang wordy. In Trump’s next term he should put Steyn in charge of reforming it.

They need to intervene so that elections can be trusted in the future. If they don’t take it up, their own institution will be forever changed.
