Trump has to bear some responsibility for appointing swamp creatures Wray/Haspel/Barr to head these agencies. He seems to have finally gotten it right with Ratcliffe, the Director of National Intelligence.
Initially, Ratcliffe was blocked by the GOP Senate. Just recently the GOP blocked another Trump nominee outright and slow walked a critical FCC nominee. If the steal goes through Biden will get more cooperation from the GOP Senate on executive branch nominees than Trump ever did. Guaranteed.

Why was Barr and others like him appointed by Trump in the first place? Why are they still there?
We can tell by the way the “Justice” Department dragged its feet on the whole anti-Trump coup attempt right from the beginning to run out the clock until election 2020 that they never had any desire to hold the coup plotters to account. Why, it almost seems as though they knew if they held on until Nov 2020, Trump would “lose” the election. Now how do we suppose they knew up to four years ago?

Barr doesn’t want Assange or Snowden pardoned. Trump should do so. He should also pardon Barr for his role in Ruby Ridge.
