A trove of newly-leaked documents detail how China bungled its handling of the pandemic’s early days — including lowballing COVID-19 data and taking weeks to diagnose new cases, according to a report on Monday.
The 117 pages of internal docs obtained by CNN outline how health officials in Hubei, where the virus was first detected, were hampered by chronic underfunding, leading to gaps in staffing and testing equipment.
“It was clear they did make mistakes — and not just mistakes that happen when you’re dealing with a novel virus — also bureaucratic and politically-motivated errors in how they handled it,” Yanzhong Huang, a senior fellow for global health at the Council on Foreign Relations, told the outlet.

Regardless of the truth or falsity of COVID reporting, one thing is eminently clear: the CCP quickly launched a massive and practiced propaganda campaign at the West, which was and is intended to cause economic, social, and political disruptions of all kinds. And at that they've succeeded.

January 18: Despite the presence of the coronavirus, Wuhan holds a “potluck” banquet for 40,000 families to try and break a world record, The New York Times reported.
Jan. 21: The United States announced its first confirmed coronavirus case — a man in his 30s in Washington state
Jan. 23: China placed Wuhan, a city of 11 million people, under quarantine orders. All flights and trains departing from the city were canceled, and buses, subways and ferries within the city were suspended.
January 23: Wuhan is finally locked down, even though about 5 million people had already left the city without being screened by that time.
Jan. 30: WHO declared the outbreak a global public health emergency as more than 9,000 cases were reported worldwide, including in 18 countries beyond China.
January 31: President Trump Bans Travel from China, declares a national emergency, and orders 1st Quarantine in 50 Years

Their virus spread across the entire planet exactly the way they wanted. If they gotta take a hundred thousand casualties here and there, that's nothing to them. The cost of doing business. The status quo is exactly what they and Dr. Fauci wanted.
I would venture to guess that this is really a narrative that was purposely “leaked” to promote the impression that this was accidental rather than a planned bio-weapons attack upon the world, but whose main target was the U.S. and President Donald J. Trump.
