A New York congressional race came down to a judge personally reviewing individual spoiled ballots, resulting in the Democratic incumbent erasing her nearly 30,000 vote deficit to take a 13 vote lead and declaring victory.

Thought WE concluded the elections were over and it’s time to move on.

mail-in ballots are the work of the devil

A movement should begin for states to nullify all laws passed by Congress where the margin of passage was less than the number of congressmen from states/districts where mail-in ballots were the margin of difference.

They’re not even trying to hide it.

If this stands our republic has ceased to exist.

It is real hard for an appeal court to rule that a judge corruptly evaluated each individual vote incorrectly. Judges don’t like to judge other judges judicial misconduct.

If you thought that the “Deep State” had rules about protecting their own, just look to the legal profession and judges. It took a lot to get Slick Willie Clinton disbarred. To get a judge impeached takes pitchforks and mobs in the streets.

Why is the court looking at spoiled ballots? Is that part of the state’s voting laws about contesting votes? If not, the election is UNLAWFUL, and the results will will trigger an ‘unlawful’ status before the Electoral College unless the state legislature makes a ruling supporting the judge’s decision. The US Constitution only names the states’ Legislatures and the Electoral College to resolve the political questions arising from elections.

That patience paid off Monday, when the Herkimer County Board of Elections revised its final count, netting Tenney 35 votes and putting her in the lead by 12.

This close it should be very easy for Tenney to win given 90% of the mail in ballots are for the Democrat and at least 1% will easily have an issue and can be thrown out. Hopefully this Dem steal will not work.

“ They’re not even trying to hide it.”

Because they don’t have to.

For four years, only they have taken the initiative and taken action...putting ungodly sums of money behind their actions.

If no one takes actual action, or can take action, to oppose them, to physically stop them from doing what they’re doing...what does it matter if you hide it or not?

Mail In Ballots without controls make elections fraudulent. Th GOP has little time to get this fixed.

I clicked on the article and there is a notification - dated today - that one county revised its total again, and now the Republican is back in the lead by 10 or 15 votes.

Tenney (the Republican) is leading by 12 votes as of right now.

That's what I also heard this morning. Apparently the Republicans found some more ballots in Herkimer.

Is this true?

Too funny if true.

I would ban uniform mass mail in balloting - a convenience not a necessity.

I would require “absentee” ballots to include a part of the ballot submission that is an affidavit, signed by the absentee ballot requestor attesting to the impossibility for them to get to the poll on election day, and stating in the affidavit the reason for that, under penalty of perjury for lying about it. “Absentee” ballots should also have a signed witness who also is attesting, under penalty of law, that they have personally witnessed the absentee ballot requestor sign their ballot. The lack of a witness should invalidate the ballot. (The witness is performing a confirmation of who the voter says they are, similar to the precinct poll workers checking signatures against the signatures in the poll register.)

The military should have formal processes established that (a) identify if all troops have received a ballot from their home state, (b) insures those ballot are collected in a timely manner and returned in a timely manner. Those procedures should include as needed - officially inquiring with troops about the status of their ballots, and pulling troops off duty to see that they have time to complete their ballots.

When you can’t beat them.... join them?

Sigh. What a ridiculous mess this is. How can states like Florida, Texas, Ohio, and many many others run a drama free election where tabulations are done on the night of the elections?

I know the mail-in ballots made this election especially messy (on purpose), but even in 2018 there were all kinds of issues and the GOP mostly remained silent.

Texas still has issues.
Example: Tarrant County where a former “Smartmatic” person is now in charge of elections there and provides clients with results they expect.
