So what is your suggestion, on how Trump should fight all the election fraud that almost certainly appears to have taken place?

A start would be to get some evidence and allege fraud in some court filings.

So far they've told every court that they aren't alleging fraud while at the same time telling potential donors that they have evidence of massive fraud.

Does that fact make you wonder what their goal really is?

The part they are arguing is the equal protection angle and discrimination and fraud is a part of that.
And for example, the 3rd circuit basically said it was no big deal because voters aren’t perfect

There are multiple cases containing abundant evidence gathered by allies of the President already underway in multiple states. The President could enjoin at any time. So those cases are already presenting some of the evidence, and seeking discovery orders, so more evidence can be being gathered. Those cases are being presented by lawyers more familiar with each state jurisdiction.

The state legislatures need to be spun up at the same time, which Rudy is doing in Arizona today. Potential remedies from courts could involve them and they need to be ready to go, so these efforts are related to the legal battles as well.

I would like to see much less of *what can be done* and much more of *what was done*. I get the history lesson of Smartmatic, but no court in the country, including the SCOTUS, is going to throw out votes because of a *could of*. I thought all along that the best chance they have is to provide hard data along with data scientists who can explain in a straightforward manner, how impossible it is to achieve some of these dumps and totals in the allotted times. Some of this data may not be public in all these swing States, in that case they should have made an effort to secure it immediately after the election.

And none of them that I'm aware of, and for sure none of those filed by Trump's legal team, allege fraud. The attorneys, including Rudy himself, explicitly tell the judges that they aren't alleging fraud.

Well it’s a complex system so maybe someone goofed and dumped them all at once instead of spreading them out. The kernel should have mentioned something about that. The point they were trying to make was the 35,000 number I believe.
