And none of them that I'm aware of, and for sure none of those filed by Trump's legal team, allege fraud. The attorneys, including Rudy himself, explicitly tell the judges that they aren't alleging fraud.
If the evidence of fraud is so massive why, 27 days after the election, has none of it made it into a court?
IWhat want to know what it is they are alleging/proving that will overturn the election if it _isn’t_ fraud. Is proving “irregularities” enough? Personally, I doubt it. “Disenfranchisement” on a massive scale? ...Maybe?!?
They certainly appear to be alleging fraud, and the evidence appears to support that. What exactly are you claiming they are alleging, then? Provide exact legal technical definitions if possible please, and why what they are alleging is not sufficient in your opinion, thanks.
