IF we are to use voting machines, they need to be open source and written in a programming language that does not get compiled. That is, the source code is the final operating code which does not get rewritten to new final code.
And is never connected to the Internet !
Consequence if connected - All votes tallied on said machine invalidated ! No exceptions !
