Ruins found in Nazareth could be Jesus’ childhood home

A British ist thinks he has found the childhood home of Jesus in Nazareth.
Ken Dark began surveying the site about 14 years ago when he was studying the Israeli town’s history as a Byzantine Christian pilgrimage center, the Jerusalem Post reported.

What actual concrete evidence makes him even only "2% sure?"Well; it's a house and close to where Jesus has been recorded as being near at some time or other.
(But that should make him about 0.002% sure; more or less.)

Presuming this isn't the ruin of a specific identified home, perhaps the neighborhood would be more accurate.
