Attorney Sidney Powell filed her 104 page BOMBSHELL COMPLAINT of massive fraud in the Georgia election on Wednesday night.

The lawsuit contained several bombshells as was reported earlier.
As Jenny Beth Martin reported the lawsuit includes an “emergency declaratory judgment that voting machines be seized and impounded immediately for a forensic audit.”

Powell is clearly not playing games, having recently announced a lawsuit in Georgia that calls for the actual seizure of voting machines that were used during the election.
Powell’s lawsuit claims the use of Dominion voting software, “ballot stuffing” and other actions illegally gave Democrat Joe Biden a lead in the state.
It asks the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia for an “emergency declaratory judgment that voting machines be seized and impounded immediately for a forensic audit.”…
…“The scheme and artifice to defraud was for the purpose of illegally and fraudulently manipulating the vote count to make certain the election of Joe Biden as President of the United States,” the lawsuit says. “The fraud was executed by many means, but the most fundamentally troubling, insidious, and egregious is the systemic adaptation of old-fashioned ‘ballot-stuffing.’ It has now been amplified and rendered virtually invisible by computer software created and run by domestic and foreign actors for that very purpose.”
“By now all the machines will have been scrubbed.”
And Sidney will call that, “Exhibit A”.

Once those machines are taken into custody I wonder what will happen to the Senatorial Election. I guess they’ll be returning to old fashioned paper ballots.

The software that the machines operate on is held in flash memory.
Software held in flash inside an embedded system is called firmware.
It is a simple matter to have an embedded device wipe/overwrite its own firmware held in flash at runtime..
So the code that ran the machines on election day is probably no longer in the machines... a washed version is likely contained there.
This is simple stuff, ask anyone that deals in this tech.
Firmware on a device such as an election machine should be held in a read-only medium, holding the firmware in flash makes it easy to tamper with... no one has to be there to alter the data in the flash memory... the program can use almost any type of flag to trigger the memory wipe...time-of-day, when the program completes the desired task, if GPS is aboard then location can be used. The firmware is NOT held on a HD...they are too hard to wipe sufficiently such that a intelligence agency can’t dig it out.
Pulling the plug on an embedded device does not mean it cannot still wipe its flash...indeed, pulling the plug would be a flag for immediate wiping. A device designed for the sort of devious behavior these machines display would have a power source on the board with enough storage to complete the wipe.. there are chips that are designed to look like an innocuous part but which are actually a place with just enough batter storage to deliver a death-bed action.
Some military gear is rigged this way...lose an important military device and it will render itself inoperative by wiping its firmware and blowing fuses contained in IC’s on the board. i.e. A manpad that is activated at a GPS location that has been prohibited.

Once the true vote us counted we could have a newly elected Republican Senator. I’m sure they shaved a few votes off of her total to cause a runoff.

Yup! the evidence is long long gone gone gone. Anyone who would invent such voting machine election stealing software would have absolutely included wiping the proof once the election was stolen.

Agreed. It is too late now. Any fraud software was replaced with something else within a day after the election.
If that c*cksucker Raffensberger and Kemp were trying to hurry this through, they would have made the election for the run-off sooner, IMHO. They figured that wasting two months would ensure more Dem voters to dispel any questions.
What those two morons didn’t expect or plan for is Sidney Powell.
Lord, I hope she’s successful. Raffensberger and Kemp are shown to be in on the fraud and are perp walked into the Fulton County Jail.
On a side note, Wood filed a suit saying that the Consent Decrees that Raffensberger signed onto, should be declared invalid/illegal/unconstitutional, since he didn’t have the authority to sign them and hold the state to Abrams election fantasies. Only the legislature could do that. And he did it in secret, both times. Where is that?
