I never got to cypress because of Pook, but he was good for 3 days on his own

No rice but yes to cheese. It’s extremely simple. Broccoli, mayo, egg, onions, cheddar cheese, with a bread crumb “crust”. It’s in the oven and smelling yummy already.

Yep, December is just around the corner and Old Man Winter is pacing wit impatience. LOL! It’s been a pretty nice autumn overall but all good things must come to an end.

Yes, NYT love him. Pooks reminded him of dear Chancie. They were both good dogs and John was a good man. I miss all three of them...and I miss you. I hope you can come “home” sometime.

That DOES sound good! Not sure what we’re going to have with our ham tomorrow...well, besides baked sweet taters with butter and cinnamon that is. I’ll make my “famous” biscuits. LOL!

Yum! Those sweet taters sound yummy!
Hubby wanted a cola roast and that bakes at a low temperature for a long time. Really can’t do other things in the oven, which is why I did the casserole tonight. A shame because baked sweet potatoes would go well with the meal. As it is, I’m not sure what else we’ll have.
