The infamous Kraken has been released in Georgia.
Following weeks of Sidney’s pronouncement, most thought she was metaphorically referring to a legendary sea monster of gigantic size and cephalopod-like appearance in Scandinavian folklore. According to the Norse sagas, the Kraken dwells off the coasts of Norway and Greenland and terrorizes nearby sailors
But nope, tonight Sidney confirmed, via response to a tweet, who the Kracken is.

Flynn case should be back burner temp. while filing this case. Lawyers have to prioritize cases. Unless there was something she had to do with Flynn that has an immediate bearing on her filing...then it should have been put to the side.

One day has made a huge difference in the PA case. Enjoined a day after certification.

The PA Court that blocked cert is open Friday early summoning all parties to be ready for oral arguments.
Judges and lawyers are PROFESSIONALS which means in an emergency, they will do what they have to do. A justice of the peace can be woken up at 2 am if that’s what it takes.
This is an urgency bordering on an emergency so Friday is probably fair game but the weekend is closed.
By the way, she is not truthful if next week she says she filed it and did not. Telling folks like you that she plans to have it filed Wednesday is not the fulcrum of a lie. That too is a spiritual thing.
Sorry, totally disagree. Flynn case had national exposure, and not only immediate legal but media requirements. She went on Lou Dobbs to discuss this for example. Out of respect, Lou didn't even ask her about anything else that I saw.
