LAS VEGAS (AP) — The Nevada Supreme Court made Joe Biden’s win in the state official on Tuesday, approving the state's final canvass of the Nov. 3 election.
The unanimous action by the seven nonpartisan justices sends to Democratic Gov. Steve Sisolak results that will deliver six electoral votes from the western U.S. battleground state to Biden.
The court action drew extra scrutiny amid legal efforts by the state GOP and Trump campaign to prevent sending vote-by-mail ballots to all 1.82 million active registered voters and then to stop the counting of the 1.4 million votes that were cast.

Yeah, and let’s make sure that non-partisan “fact” is stated right up front in the second line of the story.

4-4 tie meant no action. ACB in her first week declined to act saying she needed to get up to speed.
It was more of a punt.
Now look what happened in Pennsylvania, a vote fraud disaster and SCOTUS is likely to face the matter again in a worse form.
That is the ‘don’t believe your lying eyes’ aspect of this entire election.
Here are simple principles I believe in:
- The Bible is the divinely inspired word of the one and only true god,
- Our Constitution is a document the likes of which never existed in human history, and therefore, the founders of our nation received divine inspiration in drafting it and forming this great nation
- DJT’s election, against all odds, in face of well-organized and well-funded opposition by MSM, deep state, Rats and Repugs, was mathematically and politically IMPOSSIBLE without divine intervention which was answer to prayers of the majority of Americans.
- The Bible teaches us that blessed are those who bless Israel.
- Israel is 70+ users old, but it took divine intervention, in the form of presidency of DJT, to put our nation’s embassy in the heart of Israel
- The placement of US embassy in the heart of Israel is symbolic unification of the only two nations on earth backed by the divine.
To me, the fact that our embassy, which is legally a part of American soil, now exists in the VERY CITY where the Lord walked 2,000 years ago, is undeniable evidence that the Lord supported DJT to do the Lord’s work.
Since the long-shot presidency of a businessman with ZERO political experience was mathematically impossible without divine intervention ... then ... what changed?
So long as the majority of Americans pray for his success, why would the Lord abandon us?

None of these lower courts at any level will deliver justice for Trump.
They all want the SC to do the dirty work . That way they won’t be threatened personally or their families .

Some 150K plus of California Residents who have a home in Nevada— voting as Nevadans. Harry Reid set this up— his gambit. Proof in reams of ballots and in the precincts along the CA border.

What? I thought the argument was the state legislature's power here is plenary.
The legislature passed a law giving the certification authority to the state Supreme Court.
Are you saying the legislature didn't have the power to pass this law?
