Rudy Giuliani on Break with Sidney Powell: ‘We’re Pursuing Two Different Theories’
Breitbart ^ | Nov 23, 2020 | Jeff Poor

Posted on 11/23/2020 9:00:49 PM PST by Rightwing Conspiratr1

“I think it’s because we’re pursuing two different theories,” he said. “Our theory of the case to get to the Supreme Court now in four places — and it’s soon going to be in two others, and there’ll be an overall lawsuit — is basically misconduct of the election by state officials in at least five or six different states in which the misconduct of the election involved depravation of constitutional rights for the president.

“...Powell is not on team Trump.”

You got that part right.

SHE NEVER WAS! She wasn’t being paid by Trump or the campaign. Never sent them a bill.

+1 Good post. Agree, the Media's tally reports suddenly stopped. But not the counting! And neither did the manipulations as they frantically created adjustments (out of our view). When the tallies froze up -- you'd have to be in a comma not to see what was happening. And our incurious press... how much did they know?

I've been thinking of posting this as its own thread.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fvWLsSYrJII

"...There's a whole machine that works because everybody does what they're supposed to. And I found out... I was supposed to be something I didn't like. That's what's in the program. That's my rotten little part, in the rotten machine... I don't like it. So I'm... going to find out if they're right."

There are a lot of people doing their own dirty little part, who all look the other way to everyone else who's doing their dirty little part. People who do dirty little parts don't like it when someone says "HEY! all these dirty little parts are part of one big dirty mess" because it means they are all equally dirty. And those who created the big dirty mess are almost never held accountable for it.

Does anybody even know who is on Trump’s legal team? Rudy is doing his own videos in which he advertises cigars. Sidney has started her own legal fund and all parties agree she is not working for Trump or his campaign. Lin Wood is working on his own. Jay Sekulow is tweeting about abortion cases. Is this really all there is?

Yep...

And as well, liberty loving Americans no longer really have “standing” with almost any judge, on almost any subject.

The ones who have easy “standing” and highly sympathetic courts are leftists, and the pervasively sexually perverted.

See my post #54. Supposedly there are 450+ lawyers who started on this before the polls closed.

They all have standing. They just have to file their own legal challenges.

I hope that's true. I'm surprised, though, that we haven't heard more about them. I like Rudy, but hope he's not arguing before the Supreme Court if it gets there. Not only has he lost a couple of steps, but he doesn't have much experience in front of the Supreme Court.

We do not have national news anymore. We have national propoganda directed at all of us.

Lawfully there is standing.

However, as Lin Wood just found out, even if a resident of the state, the judges will tell anyone, to “go pound sand”.

The difference is that Giuliani knows how to prepare a case for the Supreme Court.

I disagree. Sidney was absolutely overwhelmed with everything coming through the door. It was like a firehose she said.

I think they divided lawyers into groups, each with their own specialty. That way, the case is in bitesize pieces and not as overwhelming. Each time can persue their avenue of specialty without a loss of one avenue impacting another. Like a hammer, the courts get pounded with information from several different directions. Something like that anyway.

If Powell really was on to something, then there is no way
Trump would have distanced himself from her. Something must have happened over the weekend that made Trump step back from her.

Didn't the Trump team introduce her as such last week?

“The writer obviously meant to write ‘deprivation of constitutional rights.’”

Definitely. “Journalists” these days seem to have skipped sixth grade English.

If the Dominion thing is true — and how could it not be? — spending months to prepare a kick-ass case might be enough for impeachment if Biden is inaugurated. Probably not; just a thought.
