So this guy is *not* a Dominion Voting Systems corporate officer. He is evidently a PR guy hired to do PR, and i would imagine (lawyers here might contradict which is ok, tia) that he cannot be held legally accountable for any misstatements concerning any client company’s product technical details.

Tabulators at the first stage, optically recognize marked votes on a ballot inserted by the voter. The tabulator creates a QR code version of the votes on the ballot, and the tabulator stores the QR records - 1 record per inserted paper ballot.
What the Tabulator optically recognizes as a vote for candidate “A”, could, by programming, be altered to candidate “B” - early in the process of creating the QR code for the ballot.
That is possible; programming to Go Left instead of Go Right.
Unless there is a motherboard chip that is permanently hardened to assert observation of vote marks and calculate/produce the QR code.
Yet, up from that First Stage Tabulator, what prevents a higher-level Tabulator from converting a QR code or a batch of QR codes?
