Fox News is a dinosaur. If you slap the head, the tail won’t feel it for two weeks. Thus, I have commented multiple times in the past about the coming demise of Fox News. If memory serves, I think I gave them 2-5 years before the fall. I said this a couple years ago. Well, now it’s happening.
And their current circumstances represent a bellwether of things to come. Once the hyenas got rid of Roger Ailes, Fox News began its downward slide. Sure the network lived on the muscle-memory of the greatest man in cable news. But when Ailes left unceremoniously, Fox News was taken over by feminists.

He’s right, there’s nothing masculine about Lachlan Murdoch or Paul Ryan!
Concur. Newsmax had Mark Halperin on this weekend spouting utter DS nonsense and the host was letting him.
They feel bent.
OAN is pretty good.
Both OAN and Newsmax IMO are next-generation controlled opposition. (E.g., Chris Ruddy is reportedly a very close friend of Bill Clinton’s.)
I find Newsmax really irritating at times. OAN, as you said, but I like Real America's News a lot too. See my tagline and FR site for more options.
I like Chris Salcedo
It’s the wives behind the scene pulling the strings. The old man needs to intervene if this is going to be turned around.
war room is the best thing going on
I would love to be a fly in the room. The conservatives at FNC know that the leftists are destroying their brand. They are costing them viewers and will eventually cost them their paychecks. There has to be a lot of resentment and anxiety on both sides.
Newsmax seems to waste a lot of time showing old history documentaries about Hitler, et al.
Me too occasionally, but it is free, and I do appreciate a news network that advertises Henry rifles.
And the more people watch it, the move revenue they will generate, and the better their production values will improve. From modest beginnings...
I find newsmax a little spammy.
truthfully, I get 99% of my news from right here on FR and I STILL form MY OWN opinions on every thing but I often get some gold nugget insights through the comments here
I check the wikipedia page for deaths to find out which notable people died
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deaths_in_2020
and living in Israel I scan the right wing arutz7, turning into a leftist rag JPost, and left wing ynet news to make sure i’m current with anything.
If there is anything urgent going on in Israel (i.e. missile attacks) then the yeshivaworldnews will usually provide very quick time updates
Fox, I will predict...ends up being sold off by 2022 to some Chinese media company, with the WH approving the sale.
Yep. It doesn't matter if they start that way or not, they all end up that way.
The "formula" pretty much guarantees it. Operations are not run by deep thinkers. That and "dollar is almighty" as the governing principle.
I don’t know that we can fully identify whatever “independent” news sources are limited hangouts or otherwise nefarious. Who’s on the take from whom, if you will. So I think the best we can do is look at even the most promising of it skeptically and tey to evaluate and corroborate it as best we can, with much of our world view only an ongoing working hypothesis as we muddle along.
I see OAN on Pluto Network but I don’t think it’s live as it seems like repeats?????? I like to watch America’s Voice with Bannon and also Raheem’s show and I watch Greg Kelly on NewsMax.
I have to check them out. Off the top of your head, are they available on ROKU?
But she's not the only one. Ooops...
Try the OAN link on my FR page, it’s different than Pluto.
