True dat.
Just talked to my conservative, less-informed brother yesterday - he's still getting his FakeNews from Faux, and he tells me that my conservative, less Media-savvy sister is ALSO still getting her "news" from Faux.
I'm going to have to work on both of them.
I myself haven't had TeeVee for 15 years...
There’s still a gulf between a claim and the truth.
Even the word “patriot” is abused by the left; take note that World War II is called the “Great Patriotic War” in Russia from the USSR time till this day.
No, Ailes did not leave a successful formula alone. The “course correction” was his idea.
They should have to post a disclaimer stating as much so that more people know of their biased viewpoint.
I don't give a damn about the left and what they say.
There is a schism in the conservative movement. Its time for true Americans to break away from the Lincoln Project cucks and reclaim the party.
Dems are not patriots. Rinos are not patriots.
We are patriots. American patriots, which is not similar to Russian patriots. Russians are patriotic to Russia.
The writing was on the wall when News Corp was broken up.
FNC died five years ago.
Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States. There is no schism in the conservative movement, but an invasion. The RINOs are left-wingers who lie about being conservative, and that has been the case for at least over a century.
— Communist goal #15, from “The Naked Communist” (1958), Chapter 12
The New Deal, Dean Acheson wrote approvingly in a book called A Democrat Looks At His Party, “conceived of the federal government as the whole people organized to do what had to be done.” A year later, Mr. (Arthur) Larson wrote A Republican Looks At His Party, and made much the same claim in his book for modern Republicans. The “underlying philosophy” of the New Republicanism, said Mr. Larson, is that “if a job has to be done to meet the needs of the people, and no one else can do it, then it is the proper function of the federal government.”
Here we have, by prominent spokesmen of both political parties, an unqualified repudiation of the principle of limited government. There is no reference by either of them to the Constitution, or any attempt to define the legitimate functions of government. The government can do whatever needs to be done; note, too, the implicit but necessary assumption that it is the government itself that determines what needs to be done. We must not, I think, underrate the importance of these statements. They reflect the view of a majority of the leaders of one of our parties, and of a strong minority among the leaders of the other, and they propound the first principle of totalitarianism: that the State is competent to do all things and is limited in what it actually does only by the will of those who control the State. …

They ran Fox News into the ground, why not go double or nothing and see what they can do with the newspaper Alexander Hamilton founded?
et tu, NYP?
Fox News sh*t the bed for good on election night, deciding to create an office where there is none, the clown office of President Elect.
Fox News ratings are about to go so far south they will have to stick their hands up their collective a$$es to the elbow to pull out any real news.
NewsMax is the future. It will replace F**ks Nudes.
We may also have a new media network founded and operated by the Trump family.Kimberly Guilfoil, Bill O’Rielly , Sean Hannity
and others have been in discussion.
he opinion side of the network leans heavily to the right>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Not true anymore. They made sure to scandalize their lead conservative commentators and fire them.
I knw it was over when the hired Marie Harf.
Snare , valenced , and overpaid.
Chris Wallace has brought the 'if the right understood they would become liberals' to table. That's not 'balance' it's a slap in the face to conservatives and it's giving the finger to real journalism. Wallace's attitude and slippery ethics are dropping down to the other liberals at FOX.
That's the problem.
There have always been liberals at FOX...since day one. They were ideologically different, but above board about differences. That's not the case today.
Look at the stacked deck 'town-halls' to see the difference between how Wallace picked audiences for Trump vs a host of democrats. Or how States were called after the election. It's all 'thumb on the scales' crap. There's honest liberals and there's FOX 'going scummy' liberals.
Fire Chris Wallace - replace him with someone both sides see as ethical. Trey or some liberal Johnathan Turley might recommend...
The news side of Fox is not fair and balanced.
Read their silly running chiron, it’s like watching CNN.
“even when it’s counterproductive and costly”
Hmmm...didn’t cost me a dime. In fact, i’ve saved upwards of 20k by not having Cable TV..which is 95% crap anyhow. :)
This pimp has no clue.
