Do your own research.

So if you were in possession of US National security secrets, you would, against the law, turn them over to the countries you think deserve them?

Against what law?

We do have leftists in government that pass unjust laws. And the credibility of our espionage agencies have been dubious at best even going back then.

Either way, Pollard did serve his time and there seems to be no circumstance that really should impede his passage to Israel that I can see.

And remember the definition of treason in Article 3 Section 3.

Maybe Pollard has done his time. But the issue of being loose with national security is a serious one. I like England, but I’d never give our national secrets to them.

For one thing, no one person has the big picture. You may be giving secrets to bad elements on the other side.

As I understand it, the intelligence Pollard shared had to do with Arab enemy nations of Israel. Why such things were classified I cannot tell.

I can say for sure that people such as John Brennan are a far greater danger to the US than Pollard is, and Brennan was admitted to the CIA back in 1980 in spite of voting for CPUSA presidential candidate Gus Hall; who knows what intelligence Brennan has passed on to our actual enemies unimpeded.

“I can say for sure that people such as John Brennan are a far greater danger to the US than Pollard is”

That’s for sure. In fact, I wish Trump would declassify a lot of material since WWII so we could expose communists and traitors from the past.

It would probably take time to go through all the material. I know it’s a risk to expose “sources and methods” or whatever the CIA always claims, but we have bigger fish to fry.

“It’s a Trump gift to Netenyahu”

Pollard was paroled in 2015, pre-Trump. His parole travel restrictions expired last month, so Pollard moved to Israel as planned.
