This troubles me also. First, the justices know that Biden has threatened the court, and that he means to reduce it to a rubber stamp, thereby eliminating it as an independent branch of government. Maybe Breyer, Kagan, and Sotomayor are comfortable with that but Roberts might be hesitant here. Second, these are highly intelligent people. They MUST realize that a communist takeover has just occurred, accomplished by fraudulent means, and that Americans are going to be persecuted and impoverished in a horrifying manner, consistent with what the left does once it seizes power.
Hopefully they'll rule in self defense.
Do you have an opinion about whether SCOTUS will take a PA case if the results will end up still not giving Trump enough electors.
Well well well,,,,,maybe our maker will have a sense of humor, and swift justice. I can never forget what the Demoncrats put Trumps Supreme Court nominees through.
It would be justified. He was a fool to blatantly threaten them. I hope he regrets ever bringing up the subject for the next four years of the Trump Presidency.
Maybe Roberts doesn’t want to live under communism either.
Hear! hear!
I wonder if the confirmation train was in part at least because Trump has had the current situation in mind for four years. I bet it did.
Right! If anyone’s picked the President, it’s the media!
Prepping the Field of Battle? bump for later...
I believe it.
“Do you have an opinion about whether SCOTUS will take a PA case if the results will end up still not giving Trump enough electors.”
The stronger arguments regarding PA would also impact WI and MI, I think. Georgia and Arizona as well. Pennsylvania is the tip of the sword.
Agreed. Hoping for swift and vicious justice.
It is a Constitutional Law question that is specific to PA. It might be moot.
I am not aware that WI and MI have the same issue
I do know GA seems to have some sort of issues..at least L Lin Wood thinks so.
thanks for that informative answer.
Kind of out of character for Roberts to put Trump’s dream team SCOTUS picks out in front of the fraudulent states.
They may be motivated into preserving the prestige of the Supreme Court and the influence of every member. If SCOTUS gets packed with more justices, the influence of each justice gets diluted. Add more justices to it, and people will view it as just another branch of government.
